Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service - my joy con developed a fault 4 years after I purchased it I reported it to Nintendo and they sent a UPS person the next day to collect it Within a week they had fixed it completely free of charge and returned it to me with a new 12 month warranty This is excellent customer service - I expected to pay a small sum for the repair given that the joy con was 4 years old but they didn t charge for anything I don t normally write reviews on here but I was really impressed with the service I received

Smooth ordering process and quick delivery

I ordered a Switch bundle for my son s birthday but got really nervous after I read the reviews on here but I must say that the order went perfectly Took 2 days to dispatch but once it did I received the delivery the next morning I emailed customer service on the 2nd day after ordering to query when dispatch would be and they responded quickly I found them to be really helpful The order was well packaged and I got a great deal

Nintendo UK Technical Team

This review is for Nintendo UK Technical Team I bought 4 joycons back in 2018 recently they all played up with drifting in game mode Nintendo were first class They sent me a UPS collection postage free repaired my items for free and sent them back the same day for free Lot s of negative comments here and i cannot vouch for their experience as i am sure they have their reasons what i can say is my experience here has been great Thank you Nintendo Tech team

Nintendo switch lite arrived within 2 days

I was really worried about the delivery after reading the reviews on here I looked on Trustpilot after placing my order so at first thought I might not receive it I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite Pokemon console on Thursday and it arrived today in two days DPD delivery I was able to track it so knew exact hour it was being delivered Hopefully the bad reviews were due to Black Friday sales volume Ordered here as it was the cheapest price I could find online

Never had a problem ordering from Nintendo i always pre order games and they come on release day ive also brought other things and they have always delivered my items on time I never go anywhere else when it comes to certain games as I ve known other company s such as amazon etc that fail to deliver pre order items on release dayI will always order from Nintendo

Joy Con Drift

Nintendo controllers had really bad drfit and one fell off my nintendo and broke because of it I sent it to Nintendo with only the date i bought the controller but without proof of purchase and serial number since i lost them but they fixed both joy cons including the broken one and gave me an extra 1 year warranty for both Very satisfied

Had an issue with sons switch contrlers

Had an issue with sons switch contrlers drifting Raised the issue online with nontendo uk Had an email within 20mins sending me a UPS link to arrange for collection Sent joycons off on Friday and recieved the new joycons by Thursday the following week I m delighted with the speedy and efficient service On top of that the new joycons come with a further 12mth warranty Many thanks from myself and my son he s very happy to be able to play his switch again

Joycons repaired

I bought an original switch console from the nintendo store maybe a year after release One of my joy-cons default stick drift the lights on the side no longer worked and neither did the sl and sr buttons I put a request for repair despite being outside of the warranty period and was unable to provide proof of address at worst I d just get my faulty joy-con back at best I d get it repaired Nintendo returned the joy-con back today and it s working perfectly and the repairs were free Thank you Nintendo

Repair service

Sent my oled switch dock to get fixed and it was done within a week and a half or 2 My dock just stopped working and it was out of warranty and I had to pay - which I fully expected and okay with It costed 45 and as they could not repair they sent me a replacement - I received today and it is now working fine It was quick and I had no problems I was abit anxious due to so many bad reviews however I did not want to go to some random repair place All went well and I would use again Thank you Nintendo

Controls didn t connect to the Switch

Had to send my son s Switch back to Nintendo cause the controls wasn t connecting to the Switch Contact Customer Support online and they arrange collection just under a week it s back and working perfectly Thanks Nintendo
