Very poor quality and very bad service
Very poor quality and very bad service Noco does good marketing and the packaging looks really nice but what it is inside is horrible we have s work Shop and bought a lot of the Noco stuff We also use gys and ctek but Noco is the world champion in getting defective 3-4 of 10 gb150 jumpstarters are defective really crappy made in China quality and on the level of a 15 euro Charger Service and communication really poor

Bought a noco gb50 Oct 2020
Bought a noco gb50 Oct 2020 Not used till feb 2021 to try and start a 2l car Fully charged and it would not turn the engine over Contacted NoCo for warranty and have been given brexit non available warehouse movements as excuses after being told in feb that it had been released under the warranty Now they will not answer my correspondence Heard these were the bees knees but no think I ve got an invalid hive

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT It s a SCAM NOCO will not return my email request for support Walmart will not allow return on it It is Non-eturnable And the NOCO website will not give you a refund if you bought it at walmart Plus you have to pay 12 dollars recycling fee if you buy the little battery without an exchangeMOST IMPORTANTLY NOCO says you will void the warranty if you try to charge it with anything other than THEIR chargers

SCAM COMPANY - FAULTY CHARGERS NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS Bought the NOCO Genius 1 uk earlier this year Worked fine for 5 months then it stopped charging my motorbike batteries I though it was a problem with the bike batteries so I replaced two of them one with a new 110 Lithium battery Put the lithium battery on trickle charge as it s on a bike I don t ride in the Autumn Winter Came to check it 4 weeks later and the NOCO hadn t been charging the battery Lithium battery now dead and unable to recover Emailed Noco with photos proof of purchase etc and they haven t replied Just phoned their London number 4 times 020 3766 8268 but just rings twice and then drops the call So now left with a useless charger and new lithium battery which have to be skipped

Dont buy from this company terrible service everything somehow has water damage so surprise surprise they dont have to replace or pay out If you buy from them you are throwing your money and time away Just don t do it

Support for this product is terrible I reported that I did not receive the shipment from UPS although the UPS Tracking information reflects them delivering my item The rep replied to my email stating that I should just track my product on UPS Basically their resolution is no resolution Buy at your own risk

NOCO is ripping me off
Ordered a GB40 and other items on 12 15 21 paid for the items and as of this posting it has not shipped I sent numerous messages to their useless support people did get one response saying the order would process for nine days then ship well that s today guess what not shipped I will dispute the charge and file a consumer compliant with he Ohio AG BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

My noco genius 5 owned 2 1 2 years stopped working Mode seilection button wond shift between modes Only goes to force mode if holded for 5 secs and starts the charge even if not connected Noco support very complicated to navigate in order to register for a claim ref number Not so genius after all

I purchase a NOCO genius5 with a 3yr Hassle free warranty The item was not heavily used but stopped working completely after two years Halfords who sold the item were not able to help so I contacted the NOCO website After numerous emails it became clear that NOCO were not interested in honouring their warranty they were just looking for reasons to avoid any costs My advice to anyone thinking about buying a NOCO product would be forget the warranty it doesn t exist
