I have had the bracelet less than a month beads have started splitting in half and just falling off the bracelet total JUNK

Do not buy here My sapphire bracelet was just a plastic fake one and very different from the pictures on the site Didn t even look like mermaid glass Worth nothing but I paid more than 50 for product taxes and shipping

Hi My name is McKenzie Moss and today I will be talking about Nogu studio and their skeptical business This had all started when I was scrolling through Youtube and on the Youtube shorts page was a video surrounding a jewelry product collection called Firefly glass So I checked out their website and their jewelry was very cute along with their other jewelry collections But the next day I felt skeptical about the website because the Nogu Studio had no reviews besides the positive reviews at first I shrugged them off but when I went to their social medias when I got home Something clearly clicked to the point that this isn t just a fake reviews but red flags themselves So the first thing that I need to mention is that when you go to their social media page they have multiple subscribers and followers but they have little to comments based on their jewelry and how can a social media channel have many likes and followers but no reviews or comments like seriously How are you going to have multiple views and followers if you have no comments That makes literally no sense whatsoever Another thing that I would like to point out is that their comments on their official website have little to no comments and when they do have comments there are only positive reviews which clearly shows that they are doing either sketchy business or they added bots to their websites That s when I dug even deeper I looked at a website with company reviews called Trust pilot and most of the bad reviews said that either their jewelry product materials were cheap are too small in size or Nogu studio s website was full of bad customer service Not only that but the jewelry prices from Nogu ranged around 20- 50 So based on my observations Nogu was a scamming website that gave people useless reviews falsely advertising their products and having overpriced jewelry with cheaply made materials So If you are looking for cute and unique jewelry then keep looking because As NerdECrafter from YouTube would say this website s jewelry products would go In the trash P S I didn t buy their products I wanted to warn the consumer from buying their products

They state on their website that the beads are hand blown pieces made by themselves and made out of glass I really think this not true I found the exact same beads on AliExpress for 20 cents each Mine have a plastic coating and only glow for a few minutes I feel bad buying them way overpriced and feels like yet another instagram ad scam

Men s bracelet is very very small Now my 9 year old son is wearing it The other bracelets for my wife and mother were not even close in color as per the website s illustration False advertising Disputing this charge on my credit card Buyer beware

It s a NoGo Truly sad I really liked my bracelet However their respond to my husband s negative review about having shipping issues twice was extremely unprofessional They posted personal information online and it took over 5 hours to remove it I do not feel safe with purchasing from them ever again It s crazy how helpful nogu was to the other person that was was experiencing similar issues P S I really hope the Owner reads this and make better business choice and choose to look out better for their clients

I purchased 200 worth of merchandise and received within 30 minutes after delivery I e mailed them because the FREE UV light didn t work I was told I had to produce a video which I sent twice they couldn t open it and a link to show me how to turn in the light common sense I can only imagine what I gave to do if issues with the glass itself I also noticed that NO negative reviews on their website why Definitely won t do business with them again poor customer service and rude

I bought a silver crystal pearl anklet with 80eur and what I received was a cheap anklet made in China that looks like a trinket tiny pearls in a rubber band I was appalled I have received products with much higher quality from China directly big natural stones I ve paid less for larger pearls with a golden lock from Europe I give to charity directly No cause justifies for overpricing products this much This will always remind me to stick to jewelry sellers I know

I notice from the ad that these are designed in Toronto and ship from Toronto but notice they don t say it s made in Toronto They are made on China You can get the same stuff direct from China for two bucks

Shipping was exceptionally fast and paid 10 US for 1 to 2 day UPS abs received it in 1 day from ship date I was looking for something interesting to get my wife for Valentines Day and thought they looked nice and glass was in lilac which is her favorite color Bought three pieces of the firefly glass jewelry ear rings necklace and bracelet and got the charger and a mermaid glass bracelet for free However The issue is that these items look MUCH nicer in their website than the reality They look like kids jewelry They seem to be decently made but there is no way I m giving these to my wife knowing she wouldn t like the qualityhow they look I instead will make them a gift for my daughter who is 30 and wears a variety of jewelry of all sorts The free mermaid glass bracelet looks like it s made out of clear plastic beads not glass however does look really nice in sunlight or bright light The firefly jewelry looks a bit hoaky and cheap when it s lit up and it glows for maybe a minute with the free UV charger light Frankly it looks better when it isn t glowing In my opinion this jewelry is way over priced and more of a gimmick but to each their own I certainly wont be ordering more but could see my daughter enjoying it
