Great products and great customer service

I ve been ordering from this company for almost a year now I love their stud earrings and when they discount them from 30s to 9 99 I order several to keep on hand as gifts for my favorite nurses I encounter on regular basis and for my friends and family They love them too and because I get them on sale I am able to gift often and they come in great looking gift boxes It happened twice that an earring broke once right away when I opened the box once after I handled the earring roughly as soon as I emailed Nogu they promptly sent a new pair without the hassle of sending the broken pair back no questions asked Both times they have also provided a 10 toward my next purchase on top of the replacement What more could I ask for Excellent customer service has me returning as a customer and recommending the company to my friends And I get compliments from strangers all the time on the unique earrings gracing my face
