I love all my jewelry from NOGU Shipment is usually fast and free I have had problems getting ahold of customer service when you have questions or want to get a broken bracelet replaced Their advertising is great too

Excellent products excellent communication slower shipping

I received 3 NOGU products for Christmas and have gotten hooked I have placed a few orders since Communication is excellent Emails texts are replied to fast sometimes within an hour Most of the products look as pretty as or even nicer than the pictures on the site A couple weren t but still quality items The last order came in yesterday and it was totally beautiful It was the February Bracelet of the Month subscription The one area that needs improvement is the shipping Once the email comes in letting you know the order is packed and ready to ship it still sits at the company for a couple of days before it is actually shipped Don t understand this practice and I ve talked with others who aren t pleased with it Overall it s a great company

I am obsessed with nogu s mermaid glass I have several bracelets and have also bought some as gifts The quality is amazing I love wearing them and they give back to charities Shipping is also very fast I m looking forward to getting a few of the gemstone bracelets for my collection soon

I have many pieces of NOGU jewelry everything from their Firefly bracelets earrings to their mood ring But recently I purchased their CHROMATA 12MM MOOD STONE CABUCHON EARRINGS silver they are amazingly beautiful and change color quite a bit They are a bit big but I love them I have gotten many compliments on them too This company has many beautiful things that are made very well and are high quality I really recommend them

It is truly beautiful I love NOT seeing it in other places that I go and getting compliments and inquiries as to where I got them They make fabulous gifts also with the advent of similar things elsewhere you can always tell the difference in the quality and uniqueness of this jewelry It stands out I hate going someplace and seeing everything I DO NOT have on sitting at the next table eg louis vuitton MK or that same tired 9X9 chanel No originality like a colony of fashion bees SAME THING everywhere you look
