This product is horrible tasting It s bitter and doesn t taste anything like tea I ve reached out to the company and will be returning all the product

Not a fan of the product and their horrible customer service I returned the tea at a cost of 15 through UPS They received in 9 4 but I keep getting the run around from Ashley about my 90 refund

I placed my order and have not received my order only excuses of why it s not shipped I wish someone would help me with my order

I ordered their sample package of 10 servings each of noon brew and moon brew and a bottle of honey I was hesitant to do so worrying I might not like the taste but saw their 60 day 100 money back guarantee so I placed my order I tried their product for a few days and didn t like the taste It didn t quite taste like tea to me but rather medicine So I emailed them about getting a refund They replied the next day pretty quickly giving me 2 options 1 keep the product and get a 50 refund 2 ship the product back and get full refund I replied to the email asking for a return label because on their return policy nowhere it mentioned that you have to cover the return cost yourself If I knew that was the case I wouldn t have ordered it in the first place The returning shipping cost is almost 50 of my full order you should put a disclaimer on your policy on something this important Then I emailed them back 3 times it s been 5 days no response Given the first time they replied so quickly I think they are just ignoring my question right now Very dissatisfied about their customer service

I just tried Noonbrew and had to throw out an expensive bottle of wine because after I had it the aftertaste was so bad that I could not drink the bottle I had opened thumbs down on this product

I had such high hopes for this product It did absolutely NOTHING for me and didn t taste too good In fact I got LESS sleep after drinking Moonbrew I won t be ordering again

I have tried to call only to get a voicemail that hangs up Be response from Customer Service ever is received I wrote an email and did get a response I needed to cancel this subscription so I was told they had already shipped the next order I was told by Noon to refuse the new shipment by wiring Return to Sender which I did I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND You received that shipment back weeks ago You also wrote to me in an email the you would send me a shipping label to return the other order that I was very dissatisfied This was within you 60 day guarantee This is a scam as I did not get a refund for the new package sent despite me sending on email to cancel before shipping nor a refund for the first order I requested to return NoonBrew stand up to your guarantee and email promise to REFUND BOTH of my orders I do not recommend this company at all as they make you jump through hoops and give false guarantees

I got a product I didn t want---it has valerian in it which I cannot consume due to medical reasons Admittedly it was my bad for accidentally ordering the nighttime superfoods instead of the afternoon one which I wanted for an afternoon pick-me-up at work The problem is I called and it went to a voicemail with a robot sounding voice---very unprofessional The outgoing message gave an email address and said to email that instead but the email literally bounced was returned as undeliverable Is this even a real company

I have been searching for something that helps with a late afternoon slump and have found Noonbrew to be just what I wanted I can take it as late as 2-3pm and have energy without the jitters and then I take moonbrew around 9 and sleep well I do use the moon brew extra strength pack a few times and have been sleeping bettter I wake up refreshed not groggy Thanks for the great blend

Do NOT subscribe to their products Their cancellation process doesn t work on line They keep sending products after you cancel They don t do the guaranteed money back guarantee I m out the cost of the product and shipping No one answers when you call for help The email you send never gets answered I liked the product but they are scamming me at this point
