I liked the effect of noon brew however I do enjoy having white teeth The noon brew is very staining to teeth I drink my noon brew quickly and brush my teeth and tongue quickly but it still stains my teeth Not a fan Again the product works the teeth staining is not for me

I ordered the sample pack I find this tea to be very bitter I added some lemonade to help I will not be ordering anymore I was very disappointed

UPDATE The founder of the company saw this review and took matters into his own hands He sent my order to me and promised to look into the process that resulted in the problem order I moved my rating from one star to three I really like the product and recommend it I gather there are still growing pains with the company in managing its supply chain and perhaps the order fulfillment process Original review from August 2023 I ordered a sample pack of Moonbrew I can recommend the product It met my expectations and I placed a second order This is where things fell apart The second order was delivered promptly but empty No product inside only sales brochures and coasters I emailed customer service After receiving no reply I used the chat feature I literally had to take a photo of my package and what I received Promises were made to quickly fulfill my order and send me tracking information Days pass I just completed my second chat with them receiving the same promises that this has been escalated to our logistics team and that a priority in fulfilling my order is in place We ll see If they follow through this time I will amend this rating or submit a second review with a higher rating They seem proud of their Trustpilot ratings and we ll see if this provides an incentive my communication with them has failed to provide

This stuff is great for energy tastes like a coffee tea combination However the immediate stains it leaves on your teeth cups if you ever spill it on anything are not good I can t sacrifice my teeth for energy There s got to be a way to formulate this so that isn t an issue

Love the product Dislike the customer service This company continues to send products bills my account even after I have cancelled the subscription I now have a counter top with three unopened products Even though I like the products I am cancelling my account as it is too unnerving dealing with this type of conduct
