Sorry I tried it The taste was OK It didn t mix well It s sort of tasted like an instant tea that I had when I was in college I m 73 so that was quite some time ago I just didn t like it that much

I m trying to cancel the order and it is stressful I don t want or need any more

Can not cancel subscription

This company is every persons subscription nightmare I go to log into my account to cancel my email is not recognized even though I have several emails already from my order I call their customer care We are not available right now and hangs up I email they respond with a link to my account it says it will email me to set up my account no email is sent So I can not cancel I will say that I do like the product But when its not backed by good customer support it takes away from the product

Their Matcha is not ceremonial grade

Describing this matcha as ceremonial grade is an insult to tea culture Please instead say you use the cheap chalky stuff as your base ingredient which is the truth about your product quality Cheers
