Less than 1 star I have tried called 2x s left voicemails I HAVE EMAILED THEM 11 X s they don t get it I refuse all deliveries but I still have to put in dispute with my cc company which is a pain I ll keep doing it until these people do business on the up up correctly VERY DISSATISFIED

False money back guarantee

I did not enjoy the product and it seemed to not provide any benefits to me I started the money back guarantee process and was surprised when given difficulty Upon starting the process they attempted to only refund half and for me to keep it I denied this The 2nd time around they offered me a full refund and for me to go out of my way and to return the product at my expense They money back guarantee states on the website states none of this and I have yet to receive any further emails from the noonbrew co and I have not received my refund either

never fullfilled my order and kept on pushing back shipment dates I just want my money back at this point as this is unacceptable I tried to be patience but my patience has run out as they keep delaying and I spent over 250 dollars on this one order and have nothing at all

I m so disappointed in my purchase My first order came with the single servings dumped in a ziplock bag that opened during shipment all over inside The larger bag was covered in tea dust powder Big mess I contacted NoonBrew and cancelled further orders Unfortunately another order was charged to my credit card and shipped Per the email I received I was to Return To Sender the unopened new shipment I did as told but the charge was never reversed Nor did I receive a refund on the damaged first shipment Noon Brew I had very high hopes for your product however the failure of not crediting my account for the returned shipment and the damaged order warrants a one star review Michelle Cantrell

Horrific customer service Ashley is an f-bomb idiot She never responds to emails They scam people into paying for product then Ashley sends 2 bogus courier labels Finally after being confronted they say oh yeah the product won t be here for two months There is no phone number to speak to anyone

This company is great at finding excuses They can t fill orders yet they re all over Instagram with rave reviews about their products I d have more respect if they d just be honest with their Instagram posts and tell ppl it ll probably take several months to fill their order But they re great at marketing products that don t exist

Shady business practices terrible customer service

In response to an Instagram ad I purchased a set that was supposed to include 10 servings each of Noonbrew and Moonbrew a frother and a double-walled glass mug The confirmation of my order said that all these items were being shipped When I received the order there were 20 servings of Noonbrew 10 servings of Noonbrew and the frother but no mug I reached out via Instagram to ask where the mug was They responded that the mug was discontinued because they are working on a new design So they advertised and confirmed fulfillment of an item knowing it was discontinued and thought an additional ten servings of tea would be a suitable substitute without ever communicating that the order would not be fulfilled as expected
