My experience with Nordens was brilliant I needed a letter written Marissa was my first point of contact and after me telling her my life story she was so helpful and whenever I called so empathetic about my situation and the seriousness of it She passed my request and straight over to Maruf who had the letter written in under 24hours from when I first called Both Marissa and Maruf were so efficient and made everything for me so easy as it has been a very stressful time I can t thank them both enough
