What a load of rubbish

What a load of rubbish 3 weeks to arrive no volume control or a button to make selections it just plays music and it s belly moves in and out that s it no way to turn music off or up and down Oh and ordered the sloth but received this koala 25 wasted

Avoid Waited 3weeks for the koala to arrive Came screwed up in a plastic bag bubble wrap- the advert clearly shows a presentation box Not great presentation if you are gifting it The music is loud weird - no volume control so it wouldn t send anyone to sleep The body is hard clunky so not even able to cuddle it The light up tummy looks ok but to have that on you also have to have the loud music playing Complete waste of money No idea where the good reviews that are with the product come from as there is no facility to leave a review other than here Beware cheap inferior goods from China

Nearly 4 weeks on delivery

Nearly 4 weeks on delivery I paid 24 for the koala I also ordered a 12 version of amazon and they are exactly the same No difference at all Do not order from this website they are scamming people and saying that their toys are the real deal Nothing authentic about them and there s also only 1 setting so you can t turn the music off Avoid and just order the cheaper 1s from elsewhere

I would not recommend this site to anyone The company is a complete joke I just wish that I had visited here prior to ordering My koala s also took in excess of 3 weeks to arrive They look like they have been made by a child and certainly do not reach any of the basic safety standards No instructions no box most unhelpful customer service and has to be the worse product ever ordered

RIP OFF False advertising

Cheap poor quality item not as shown on video Paid for gift packaging and express delivery Took 12 days to arrive website states 5-8 for standard Not gift packaged but squashed into plastic bag and padded envelope Was for a gift but think recipient will be disappointed as it appears poor quality and I am expecting the function to be the same Will not order from them again It appears to be rip off

Please avoid this company at all costs My Aunt bought 3 Bears for 3 disabled people for presents and they arrived in a ripped and useless paper bag The bears were not in good working order and were not safe to give to a people they was bought for video proof and photos were sent and they still refused to help Website clearly states faulty goods will be issued with a replacement or full refund however they refused to do Please do not spend your money with this company

I ordered from this site on the 19th November I still haven t received my bear I sent my first email 10 days after order and received a reply saying it can take 10 days Emailed 3 more times after this and now I m getting no response form customer services Avoid this company

Received my Sloth for my daughter

Received my Sloth for my daughter put the batteries and started playing this errie lullaby and then it stopped the breathing mechanisium was not working so sent e-mail 3 days after delivery also when i came to order it it didnt say where it was coming from until i paid the money I did get a prompt response but i have to send a video showing the problem so that they can inspect they DO NOT send out postage labels they DO NOT pay for postage you have to send to Hong Kong which the postage cost twice more than the actual cost of the bear and that is not tracking that just a plain courier service Then they will inspect and item returned and they will send out a replacement not the quarenteed refund of the item returned thats how me and the rest of my family read it These are a mock up of the original Huggly Bear a very good one mind you Its ashame it was nice and soft and was cute
