HORRIBLE COMPANY
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are 100 percent positive about an item I bought 3 items and only one was as pictured The other two looked great on their site but the material was horrible I contacted them to do a return and they gave me a very hard time saying they don t accept returns but offered me a discount which I didn t want They finally agreed if I paid the return shipping I paid 15 75 to return the two items to the address they provided me with The package was returned to me indicating it was an incomplete address I contacted them again and they repeated that was the correct address even though I sent them a picture of the notice from the post office I called the bank and placed a dispute with them

Very poor quality clothing and an incomprehensible returns policy The items did not arrive with a returns label and despite repeated requests the company would not supply one I have had to escalate my claim via Paypal I would not buy anything from this company again and I would not recommend

I would not even give them a one star The quality is poor The items do not look like they are pictured The material is thin and cheap And the customer service is non-existent I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing I will be taking this to my credit card company next

I would prefer to give no star but there wasn t that option NOROZA COM is a scam I ordered three items in October totaling over 100 I got no correspondence sending me a tracking number so I contacted PayPal They provided PayPal with a tracking number and it was not a correct tracking number Also I couldn t help but notice when I made my purchase it was with Noroza com But on my PayPal statement it is called DressFashion comWhen I opened a PayPal dispute it is now another name for the company if it even is a company To date it is 8 weeks and I have not received my merchandise yet my account was charged After reading all of these reviews I know I ve been scammed so my next step today is to call my credit card company Thank you to all for writing you re reviews I too wish that I had read them before placing an order with this company
