Order a perfume for a Christmas present opted for Royal Mail Parcel Force to deliver took a couple of days long than expected date time of year but was kept updated via Parcel Forces emails and tracker all arrived safely well packaged would recommend and use again thanks Notino

Rapid service not heard of the company before so was alittle sceptical Can honestly say the service was faultless item arrived way ahead of schedule was packaged neatly and secure bubble wrap in its cellophane and at a great price Absolutely will do business again Thanks Notino

"excellent customer service"
Ordered a few times and always deliver promptly without any issues You always get what you order and have had some fantastic deals in the past Most recently though I had an issue with my payment whereby I only got 1 order number but 2 payments taken I contacted customer service by email and they got back in touch within an hour they found the issue and refunded every promptly without issue It was likely an error on my banking side when it s asks for approval etc then the page kicked me out Excellent customer service Will absolutely be ordering again

Excellent service My package was taking much longer than expected to arrive As it was a Christmas gift I emailed the company had excellent service off Romana Who contacted the delivery service found they had lost the package I was asked if I wanted them to send another or if I wanted my money refunded I ordered another and it was here within a few days Thankyou Romana Thankyou Notino Brilliant customer service products

"Genuine website and seller"
I was a bit afraid to order on Notino co uk as I wasn t sure if it is genuine website I ve read some other reviews and took the risk Actually it was no risk at all I ve register there payment was secured I got all order details via email including DPD courier confirmation I was informed it ll take up to 4 days to deliver and on 4th day the parcel has landed on my porch All fine as ordered no damages all perfumes are genuine Happy days I got it on time for Christmas gift I do recommend this website

Received a broken vial for my incense Worried I emailed to have the situation sorted Eli was super quick and responsive and immediately had a replacement sent out when I explained what happened with pictures Will be using them again for all my Smells like Spells Purchases

I was after a particular Bobbi Brown lipstick and Notino kept coming up on my screen with a good price I d not heard of them before so spent a couple of days checking them out It all looked above board so I gave them a chance Delighted that I did Order was acknowledged immediately I received progress details at every stage Once shipped I was kept informed of when delivery would be It all went extremely smoothly and they ve now earnt my trust Based on my experience a trustworthy and efficient company I shall use again

I placed an order for 2 German fragrances not normally available in the UK not on the high street anyways on the 1st November they arrived excellently packaged on the 4th November Not even some high street shops can provide that kind of service The perfumes were excellent value for full sizes I will be back

I was dubious about ordering as I had never heard of Notino Placed an order on Saturday which was promptly delivery by DPD on Wednesday The goods were well packaged and the price was super competitive - will use Notino again
