Nutrisense is a gimmick The monitors do not stay on and the customer service is terrible Both my monitors failed The first one didn t work and I asked for a replacement and was told I would have to pay an additional 85 The second monitor failed after 7 days The company won t refund or send a replacement They say they will replace if you send it back and it is the product that failed but I have tried to get them to tell me how to send it back but I have gotten no response There are hidden fees if you choose to cancel as well DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT I d go with another company

Once you sign up you are stuck with them 225 every other month Unable to cancel Impossible I ve never had such a terrible experience with a company

I have been trying to reach Veronica for the last month to change my subscription She has not responded I am really disappointed in their customer service I have sent about 10 emails

Monitor wasn t accurate and the device causes so much pain and a major allergic reaction Customer care expected me to pay a 100 cancel fee and won t let you transfer 300 unused device to another customer Rip off

This company is a scam when it comes to their membership and being able to cancel and get a refund The give you no phone number to call and wont cancel it via email despite numerous requests Then after 6 weeks of phone and email tag and billing me 675 more after I requested cancellation- they say they cant cancel it without charging a fee on top of continuing to charge you after requesting to be cancelled Their reason for not cancelling was first saying I had to register in order for them to cancel Then when finally talking by phone they say they couldn t cancel before because there s a cancellation form I have to fill out They are scam artists They could have sent me that form right away instead of continuing to charge me 675 after I requested to cancel 6 weeks of dancing around emails and missed calls and the only reason they waived my cancellation fee was bc Ithreatened to report them They say they can t refund you bc it s a medical device Come on they are unopened boxes Not for nothing but every employee is hispanic Makes me think it s an overseas scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY I bought the NutriSense product because I was curious to see how foods affected my blood sugar I put the sensor on and it immediately tells me I have low blood sugar This was persistent so I talked to my doctor and she ran a bunch of tests just to learn that this app is MANIPULATING DATA When my doctor and I looked at the actual data through the sensor and freestyle app I did not have low blood sugar at all They refused to let me cancel so I paid 750 PLUS doctors visit and tests just to learn that this company is awful and manipulating data When I brought up to the company that their app was wrong they tried to lie and say that I needed to stop using the freestyle app immediately Do not use this do not give them your credit card info

The company has multiple plans to enroll in 1month 3months 6months etc leading to the customer to believe that they have enrolled for this period of time and will only be charged for this period of time However if you don t cancel in time they will continue to charge you and will not provide a refund This is very misleading If the customer chooses to enroll for 3 months they should only be charged if they want to continue with the service The company should not assume the customer wants to continue This is very disappointing that the company needs to mislead customers to generate revenue In addition they only include 2 patches and most of the time the patches come loose They won t send new ones and the devices is now exposed to the water For the amount of money spent they can t add an extra patch in

Be careful I signed up by mistake and requested a cancellation They emailed me saying that there was no problem and they would refund However days later they said that they would keep charging anyway Be careful

BUYER BEWARE I paid 350 for ONE month of monitor readings I chose to pay a premium for only one month because I only wanted to see how certain foods affected my blood sugar Multiple month packages were offered at a reduced price but I only wanted to do ONE month so I bit the bullet At the end of a month they charges my card without notice or authorization and refuse to give it back The monitors sucked and so did the dieticians STAY AWAY

In my opinion this is a SCAM - Extremely obscure and deceptive Auto-renewal trash Don t fall for it - it will cost you
