I had a great experience with NS
I had a great experience with NS Everything was so easy to follow and understand I learned a great deal about my blood sugar management and knew what to do in certain situations The app was easy to follow and understand I paid extra for the nutritionist on the other two months and I am VERY happy to have done that She was VERY helpful in working on my numbers throughout the night and day She gave me very good suggestions and the communication was continuous and clear I will probably come back to NS on a yearly basis to make sure that my numbers are in check

Follow the Experts
Kat Ciamaichelo was my counselor and she tried her HARDEST to help me get the most out of the Nutrisense monitor and plan I was trying to lose weight and though I learned a great deal from Kat I did not follow through on my end She really did try to get me on board with easy changes I could make and how to use the monitor to track my progress but I m someone will little will power to actually make the needed changes I did find it interesting about what and when you eat especially protein totally affects your glucose numbers and have kept up with using that knowledge Kat did her job well I did not do mine

Learned quite a bit about nutrition Things I thought were good weren t Things I thought were bad were fine The nutritionist I was assigned to was fantastic in helping me understand the numbers I was seeing I m a fan I think this information should be useful to just about everyone

My sensor was not picking up my blood
My sensor was not picking up my blood sugar measurements I messaged Nutrisense to ask what to do I received an answer within an hour with some troubleshooting advice and a link to download Freestyle Libre to confirm the status of the sensor i did this and they confirmed the sensor was faulty Nutrisense got right back me with a plan to send me a sensor They were prompt and so helpful

Service is great and sensors arrive on time You will have to add an order or two since it s you get two per month and most months have more than 28 days My nutritionist Monica is wonderful I do a horrible time getting back to her but she keeps at me until we connect

Tom in Support has been very helpful He helped my through a situation where I accidentally damaged a new sensor before applying it He fixed it so I could order a replacement for it right away and got me a discount on it as well Prior to that he helped my transition my account from auto-renewing to a la carte giving me the flexibility I need

Paolo was helpful and responsive He went above and beyond what I expected to resolve my issue and inform me what to do if my issue recurs I have been a Nutrisense supporter customer for 4 years and couldn t be happier I am amazed by how they continually improve the app and seem to never rest with their innovations The app is top notch the service is superb and their customer service is unparalleled
