I love seeing my numbers

I love seeing my numbers The idea of following your blood sugar is cool Everyone was helpful when I had questions and got back to me quickly My sensor had issues quite a bit but for the most part it was good When one wasn t working at all a new one was sent I was asked to pay for a replacement the second time it didn t work All in all I like the experience and learn from it I wish it weren t so expensive

Found NS CGM Informative and Useful

I m not diabetic but wanted to give this a try to understand how my body was reacting when I ate certain foods and to aid in potential weight loss The NS experience was very positive and comes with a ton of data to learn from It was very helpful to have the support of a nutritionist for the first month I would have been a little lost trying to interpret the data and understand what to do with it without her help I had some good learning related to quantity and quality of food and the ratio of protein carbs fat and it was interesting to see the data related to my eating habits I only used the CGM for 1 month but it s something I might return to from time to time

The response is quick and everyone is ready to provide their help and assistance when you needed I have been very satisfied with the Nutrisense product s timely mailings and great customer service when etc I would recommend this product and service to anyone who is looking to be proactive with their health

Using Nutrisense with keto

The sensor and the app worked great When I needed assistance the help team was prompt in getting back me and rest the issue or answered my questions My only criticism would be that I didn t gather as much information as I would have liked to in regards to my keto lifestyle It didn t seems like the coaches were knowledgeable in that area

Love the CGM not the price

I enjoy having a Continuous Glucose Monitor and the people I ve encountered Dieticians Customer Service have been very personable and helpful The only reason I removed a star is due to price As much as I would love to keep working with them I get sticker shock every month when the payment comes out of my account It is so much and it catches me off guard every time

Easy to use

CGM is easy to apply I like the metrics that are provided straight to your phone I like that you can photograph and write in your meals I appreciate seeing how each meal impacts blood glucose I didn t make too much use of the nutritionist provided during the first month After a while the app did get slower to upload readings I m impatient so I didn t like that I like that it can sync with fitbit I m extending my months I really love the accountability I do have to sync the cgm occasionally It s not difficult Customer service is great

Realtime information Immediate cause affect of changes and choices made No need to cross your fingers and wait for weeks to see if what you doing is making a difference I have learned more about my metabolism in two months than the previous 55 years Watching glucose and 40min workout 3-4 times a week for 4 months I lost 28lbs lowered A1C doctor has had me discontinue my blood pressure cholesterol meds Worth every cent

It s definitely teaching me how my body responds

It s been a learning experience to see what makes my blood spike and drop I definitely have a blood sugar issue I also feel one size does not fit all Although eating high protien keeps me full it doesn t help with my blood sugars as well I actually need those carbs with it to maintain

They responded to my requests for more supplies since erhe original ones failed I would have rated them higher but they barley sent me enough hoping neither fail early

Critical Health Insights

Really enjoyed using Nutrisense I had been holding off on signing up for one of the programs for a while but glad I finally did The real time feedback on glucose levels and my patterns based on eating fasting etc have been super helpful as I dial in my longer term approach for managing my levels and resolving my metabolic syndrome I gave it four starts though because of the cost I understand the technology related costs but unfortunately just something I can t stay with long term
