Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service They sent me a faulty product - a Miarcus pillow The quality was awful so I scheduled a return which was cancelled 4 times Every time I phoned Nykaa to complain they just kept rescheduling and blaming the delivery company or pretending nothing was wrong V frustrating experience And they refuse to refund my money till I return the product which they won t collect Do not buy from either Nykaa or Miarcus I m still waiting on my refund

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my first-ever order experience with Nykaa On January 25 2025 I received my order but it arrived with a damaged product the Faces Canada Pretty Sepia 08 lipstick I immediately placed a replacement request on January 26 2025 However upon checking the app I found that the request was marked as canceled despite me not initiating the cancellation After contacting your customer service I was told that the cancellation came from the courier which is confusing since I did not make such a request I was reassured that the replacement would be processed within 1-2 days but the request was canceled again with no resolution I then followed up multiple times speaking with your call center representatives each of whom assured me the issue would be resolved only to find that the replacement request continued to be canceled On February 2 2025 I escalated the issue and spoke to Janhvi Sawant from the escalation department who apologized but ultimately failed to provide a solid resolution As of February 3 2025 it has been 9 days and I still have not received the replacement or a refund The repeated cancellations and lack of resolution have caused immense frustration It s disappointing to see such poor customer service especially for a relatively simple issue involving a damaged lipstick Furthermore when I requested a refund I was informed that only INR 179 would be refunded despite the product costing more I am also missing 94 paisa which further adds to my frustration It is completely unacceptable that my hard-earned money is still with Nykaa while I am left without the product What is even more concerning is the response I received when asking for compensation I was told that Nykaa does not have a policy for such cases which raises serious questions about how customer dissatisfaction is handled Is this truly how Nykaa treats its customers At this point I expect a clear resolution to this matter I am requesting either a replacement of the damaged product or a full refund including the missing 94 paisa Additionally given the delays repeated cancellations and poor communication I believe compensation for the inconvenience caused is warranted

Pathetic customer service and return replacement policy
I ordered two products and then requested a size replacement but did not receive confirmation from Nykaa I called customer service 2-3 times and received only bogus promises It has been 7-8 days since I requested a replacement but no one has come to pick it up They are not even responding on chats Pathetic customer service

Nykaa Fashion is a fraud company I ordered one Lavie bag they send me old and faulty product when put on return no body turned up for a week to pick it then i called the customer care thrice to pick the product then their person picked it up but Nykaa is saying that we didn t pick it up and not refunding my money

Nykaa is a no no
They started great and then went down the hill and kept falling down more using horrible delivery partners shipment delays nearly 20 days or more and can be fake items customer care hardly cares about your issues and forget about refund and return you will waste your time crying blood and still wait to the most muted company claiming to be top notch

They don t check their vendor
They don t check their vendor onboarding Nykaa fashion couldn t deliver my product as per their estimated delivery time One of the product delivered to me was after 20- 25 days when I don t when need it All the while it was in delivery delayed stage and I couldn t cancel the item It looks more like a scam where they are just blocking your money for bullshit reasons Trust me this is the first and the last time I will be using Nykaa I hold no trust in them and it s so annoying that everytime I call their support line I have re- explain my issue and everytime I get the same resolution to wait for 24 - 48hrs What nonsense are they doing They think the customer or the people in India are fools and let s scam them Very bad experience

Urgent Refund Escalation Refund Unresolved for Over a Month
I have been contacting Nykaa customer care every day regarding my refund yet my concern continues to be postponed without resolution It has now been a month since I was promised that my refund or cancellation would be processed within 48 hours but no action has been taken Furthermore when I requested to escalate my issue or speak with a manager I was informed that such escalation is not allowed This has left me extremely frustrated with the lack of proper support and accountability I believe the CEO should be made aware of these ongoing issues as it appears that customers funds are not being handled responsibly I am deeply disappointed with Nykaa s service and have decided to discontinue using your platform I will also advise my peers to consider alternatives such as Myntra Commerce which have proven to be more reliable
