About very quick money refund

Today the ATM DR Byen did not give me the money I took from another country s card When I confirmed the operation ATM just off but money from the foreign account has already been gone I called to NORDEA customer service Person with who who I was talked been very kind and helpful He get all necessary information from me and contact with responsible department I was expecting my money back on Friday or next Monday but I get it back in few minutes after our conversation It s rally made my day and relieved my big stress before Very quick and professional job Thanks a lot And sorry for my feedback on english

We are foreigners and during the pandemic we could not find a bank offering a reasonable loan But with Nordea we actually got a reasonable deal and we could finally buy an apartment and set the first milestone in our new life in Denmark Huge shout out to Christoffer Mikkelsen from Nordea sterbro in the last 3 months I was more in contact with him than my mother and helped with everything especially by explaining to a foreigner how the system works before committing to it The app is above average for a bank app Maybe notifications of events happening to my bank account can be improved
