I paid 225 00 on 9 14 2024 it was for prorated rent for oct 25 2024 but the unprofessional slow women that work there even the site manager charged me 40 00 for the application fee cheated me the landlord reference letter is in with the application when I pay they supposed to run everything some places charge 50 00 this how you no they steal all this time she claims she emailed my leasing office I have lived at that address for 10 years I no there email address so I told my leasing office and Cheryl my leasing agent stated in a email that nothing was ever sent in reference to miss woody landlord reference letter my bank gave me my money back all of it now Oakmonth gave my bank I take it 400 00 but trying to keep the prorated rent money what makes them think they are entitled to it people was still in the apartment and the apartment wasn t going be ready until the 21 and I never signed any thing they didn t hold it because they stated they couldn t allow me to move in because-slowness didn t do her job get landlord reference letter but rest assure my bank will get there money there was no service rendered they fraud then they try to say I shopped at Walmart for 228 when I clearly have a receipt you know how you go to Walmart and pay your rent and they put you in a system E receipt when you don t wanna pay on the portal I never was a tenant of theirs never became one they need to go to jail I probably ain t the first person they did this too but I ll be the last
