I recently bought shoes from Obuvki bg but just two months later the sole detached from the rest of the shoe When I contacted customer support about a warranty I was told they wouldn t cover it because they claimed I had tried to fix the shoes myself which I hadn t It s frustrating that they wouldn t take responsibility especially since the shoes began to fall apart so quickly I expected better quality and more reliable service I d recommend others carefully consider their options before purchasing
