We have been using Ocado for a few months now and absolutely love it It s cut my shopping bill right down never have substitutes drivers are always on time polite and the quality of food is amazing The vouchers from the price promise always work for me too I won t shop anywhere else now

I have been using acado now for a while

I have been using acado now for a while and today is my 5th shop and I ve got to say that I m so happy I did Used others before and always had items missing on every shop and always been something I needed but I haven t had one item missing yet Drivers are always happy and pleasant and easy to have a good giggle with and my shopping is always separated properly and well packed Delivery slots are really good and prices for delivery are reasonable too Will definitely be sticking with ocado for the foreseeable future thank you

Am new to shopping with Ocado What I really do like is how pristine clean their products arrive in the house compared with buying in stores such as Asda where god only knows how many people have handled and coughed and sneezed over the merchandise Also Ocado have some really nice quality products that you never see in stores

A brilliant customer service team

Their customer service team helped me so much late on a Sunday when I accidently sent a very expensive order to the wrong address and the person living there wouldn t hand it over Even though it was completely my fault they helped me with options to try and resolve the the issue Outside of this I can always get slots very quickly and they never have missing items they are also competitively priced

Lovely staff and great service

I use Ocado for home delivery on occasions as some of the items they sell are cheaper than the cheap supermarkets They send you a text when they re unpacking and pass the shopping over in carrier bags They then credit you 10p for each bag you have to give back to them from the previous drop off I ve used them for a few years now and have never had any problems

Most reliable online supermarket

I have to get my food shop on line and I use all the big stores Ocado are easily the best Extremely rare to get a missing or damaged item and any problems are very quickly dealt with by their customer care team They re my go to at Christmas when you really do not need an important item to be missing from your order Their prices are about equal with the Top 3 and their own brand quality is great
