Excellent products and service I regularly shop with Approved Foods My go to for filling the cupboards and trying out new products My parcels are always packed and delivered with great care and delivery charges are very good

Brilliant deals

I have been ordering from Approved Food for many years and in that time have received some great deals on food toiletries and pet food Deliveries can take a few days but are always on time and you are notified on the delivery day as to when to expect the delivery On the odd occasion when an item has been missing from my order or arrived damaged the customer service team have applied a credit to my account without any quibble when I have reached out to them via their website I particularly like the goody boxes as they are always full of surprises and represent excellent value for money In short I have consistently been really impressed by Approved Food and would not hesitate to recommend them

Arrived promptly standard delivery Courier didn t ring bell but the text alerted me it was delivered Very well packaged so everything arrived safe and sound but there was a lot of packaging I must admit My 1 lucky dip box I loved I ve never been able to manage to get one of these before For 1 I was very impressed with contents including a box of lindor chocolates well in date just a damaged box Lots of loose chocs and a good mixture of items we will try and I m sure my grandson will be very impressed by the giant chocolate lollipops with a month still in date Everything in my order was available no mistakes Interestingly two non food items arrived with a very large online store warehouse stickers on I always buy past date goods when I can I hate waste and use a couple of online sites as well as a local warehouse Approved is one of the better packaged

A great way to stop items going to waste

Such a great idea to help food get used when it might have gone to waste Always a bargain to be found and a good way to find items that you don t get in supermarkets Great customer service and fast delivery too

Generous thoughtful and kind company

During 2022 I read about Approved Food in a Saturday national newspaper which has a very good consumer column Approvedfood is clearly committed to kindness and generosity - I know most unusual in the current climate If prices and variety seem too good to be true that is not the case However to avoid disappointment you do have to order quickly for some of the more popular items otherwise they sell very quickly indeed The variety is incredible Elemis products to bird food to culinary items Endless items Some are out of date others not don t have a sell or use by date Approvedfood are very honest The choice is yours I ve ordered 3-4 times now and never been disappointed I have spread the word amongst my friends and they are very impressed as well I have even been given a goody box from memory 1p Orders arrive quickly Clearly the workers take great care in packing the box s Pet food thoughtfully separated from other items etc
