I purchased the Fully Loaded Comfort Ergo Operator Chair There are so many ways to adjust this chair I use it without the arms simply because I found with the arm rests it restricted my movement on the keyboard I touch type and when reaching for the mouse The chair is amazing solid heavy and very well manufactured I can see this chair lasting for a good ten years if not more - it is so well manufactured I have Osteopenia so have slightly rounded shoulders but since I have been using this chair not only am I am sitting better but I am standing and walking straighter as well I use this chair for a good 9 to 10 hours a day like most people working remotely I work long hours and unlike other office chairs I have used over my working life I can honestly say that so far with this chair I do not feel lethargic when working Mike at Office Furniture Online was extremely helpful in helping me select this chair especially when the one I originally selected wasn t available - and I got a fabulous next day delivery before 1pm I have no hesitation in recommending Office Furniture Online or the Fully Loaded Comfort Ergo Operator Chair - I think this chair is completely awesome I am more than extremely pleased with my purchase - I am delighted
