Rude and Unprofessional Even Before the Sale is Made

They are rude and unprofessional Their statement We treat every customer as our best customer is absolutely false I wanted to purchase conference room chairs that would total several thousand dollars but asked if I could talk by phone over details instead of back and forth emails I got an email back from their Customer Support Team Evelyn Kinsley saying we are too busy to CHAT on the phone When I said that was poor customer service they emailed again to say they pity the competition who will have to work with me Nice They are correct in their reply that we did not become customers after the email exchange However I am not a competitor I just wanted to purchase chairs

DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Literally taking over double the amount of time to ship my chair that they advertised they said 10-15 days shipping it s been over 30 and they still haven t even sent my package to fed ex yet DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY They do NOT hold up to what they say their going to and on top of that Kaytlyn Healy who is supposed to be a customer service agent is blatantly being rude and lying to me about shipping updates that were all incorrect Please do yourself a favor and DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I couldn t believe the price that they had listed for Steelcase Leap Chair Which usually sells for about 1000 00 they had it for 359 00 supposedly a Major Sale But after ordering it and finding out that it wasn t new I cancelled the order within the same day Here s the catch if you order something and even if you cancel it within the same day They ll charge you 10 cancellation refund fee So they refunded 323 10 instead of the full amount of 359 00 BEWARE Their website indicates Voted Best Company -- By Who

I only gave them on star because there were no options for giving them no stars DO NOT ORDER your chair from this company My chair arrived very late in a damaged box without the extra headrest I ordered At first the customer service member apologized for my long wait and then she took back the apology I ordered a really expensive chair but it didn t matter THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE GO ELSEWHERE

BUYER BEWARE - Office Chair At Work is a SCAM There order taken and bargains for dirty aka garbage chairs is quick swift and they will follow-up for the sale The shipping to receive your product is a joke They do not provide you with a correct tracking number Shipper created a label UPS has not received the package yet is all you get once you get a tracking number from OCAW Once you receive the product the tracking number take note as it is not the same as what they provided via email By the way there only communication is via email Returns for refund is good luck They send you a used tracking number that ships from some other state and delivered to a different state than what they provide on the shipping label the email you Trust me this is a nightmare This 23-year-old company as they indicate needs to be shutdown and reported to the Feds for prosecution

I ordered a Knoll life chair and received the product The chair seat fabric was rippled and when I complained to the company and requested a new chair seat their explanation was that the seat comes like that I have ordered dozens of these chairs for a company and NONE of them came with rippled fabric Don t buy from this company -- they do not stand behind the products they sell and then lie to avoid fixing the problem Find another company to buy from
