Amazing platform highly recommended
Our company is using Officeguru for services such as general window cleaning fruit delivery and plant care It s a super user friendly platform where it s easy to gain an overview of our running services agreements schedules or get into touch with the contact persons in case any questions arise or we would like to make changes in the agreement There is also a mobile application available that makes it even easier to communicate for example with the cleaning staff as it s super easy to attach pictures to the messages Officeguru s staff is also very nice and extremely helpful every time I reach out We are very satisfied so far -

At my company we ve been using OfficeGuru for almost 5 months now and have been very happy for their service The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate around The customer success service has also been on point no matter what questions we ve had we would receive an answer or a solution for it Supplier s service has also been very good I would highly recommend OfficeGuru to other companies

Great customer service
I ve had several issues with the service providers from the platform who were very difficult to communicate with were not transparent and so on HOWEVER any time I needed anything reviewed explained fixed Dmitri and the managing team from Office Guru were super quick to answer cordial and helpful They were super easy to deal with and everything I disliked from some of the service providers were made better by the very high level of customer care from Office Guru
