Terrible experience

Terrible experience I should have understood when the measurements were done in just 15-20 mins It turned out that they were ofcourse not correct When the installation started nothing did really fit Fronts were made wrong counter-top was wrong alignments were wrong So many mistakes and so many corrections followed by more mistakes I dont even want to talk about the finishing There was no team-work between the two guys and one of them was taken off the project half- way It is exactly 3 months since the installation started and it s still not done Countless hours spent by us on pointing out mistakes and then countless short visits were made by them to rectify I wonder who pays for our time and energy spent I wish this company was more skilled in planning and detailing in the beginning or may be it s just the team that worked for us was not skilled and needed to be told about their sloppy ugly work every time We also demanded a different team in the very beginning but then a plan was made to help by the same team the damage was done by now anyway Now they want us to be thankful for the rectification of the mistakes and also want us to pay extra for the rectification As a matter of shock we were not told about this through out and were charged exorbitantly in the final invoice None of this would have happened if these guys were skilled in Kitchens Now we have no energy or time to persue this any further and we have decided to live with what has been made and change it at some point in the future
