Stair gate advertised as fitting a 82cm door Item arrived but does not fit an 82cm gap safely at all Toddler could pull it out very easily Very loose indeed and totally unsafe Customer services arranged collection from me with Hermes courier who only then delivered it back to me again 2 days later Apparently this was an error by courier and a recollection was arranged but no one has come to collect it and now the customer service number says mailbox full so I can t even get through to customer services anymore to get it sorted appalling service and low quality product Avoid

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever Brought ickle bubba moon 3 in 1 travel system which comes with the car seat However i received 2 in 1 travel system which does not include the car seat called the customer service and sent repetitive emails for 2 weeks no response whatsoever called again and asked about the wrong order the answer i received was we can t send the car seat separately how ever can give you 10 cash back as a goodwill How 250 systems 10 15 will cover 79 carseat Absolutely worst experience

Delivery very delayed and unreliable
Ordered a cotbed end of October Was sent email few days later saying out for despatch Almost three weeks later still waiting for an update regarding despatch or delivery from this company or the supplier they get stock from Very poor communication and wasting a lot of time when we need this product soon Really dissappointing and won t be ordering from this website again and will choose a company with better delivery options

HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY
I have bought Inglesina Darwin i-Size Toddler Car Seat - Mystic Black on 16th Aug order number 4045640 Since then no emails no answer to my tickets asking the tracking number today i talked to customer rep and she is saying we are having a issue with courier company say what is that an excuse why you are not inform me for last 20 days i am shocked that this company getting 4 3 average here probably fake post HORRIBLE SERVICE

Lacking integrity
They confirmed they would price match something we had bought elsewhere So we returned the item and got a refund and then they decided they wouldn t price match This left us in a very difficult position as we needed the pram for a last minute journey to see my wife s family Would never use this company in the future based on this experience To reiterate - they confirmed that they would price match the item they confirmed that the item was in stock and that there were no difference in comparisons between the items - they were like for like Yet after confirming this they then changed their minds

Very disappointed
Very disappointed first time using this company still awaiting a response since raising a complaint via their online form The item was awful to put together cheap and flimsy fittings and the back pieces were too long for the item making it impossible to fit the item together without gaps Also a few dents and mark

An awful experience
The service received has been appalling and I ve never received my order even after phone calls back and forth I won t be purchasing from Oliver s babycare again and would advise others not to as I ve been chasing this order for several weeks now and have been left in limbo Luckily another retailer have contacted Obaby straight away and my order is in its way

Delivering compromised products
I recently bought a Nuna Isofix car base from Olivers Babycare but the item arrived with the packaging already opened and the safety seal broken While Olivers confirmed they had opened the package before shipping they refused to offer an exchange unless I paid for return shipping This is completely unacceptable especially since the safety seal is crucial for ensuring the product s integrity Given the importance of safety for such an item it is appalling that I was expected to cover the cost of replacing a product that was already compromised The customer service was disappointing and I would not recommend this company

Rubbish customer service
I ordered 2 babygates I had an email saying fed ex had successfully delivered my parcel and on the email showed a cardboard box at the front of my property on a main road in clear view of anyone walking or driving past Unfortunately my parcel wasn t there and it had probably been stolen I contacted Olivers Baby Care they stated that this problem was with Fed ex not them and I should contact fed ex I contacted fed ex they said it was Olivers Baby Care s fault as they do not specify that any deliveries from them are only to be delivered to a person or a neighbour I went back to and fro to both companies numerous times between fed ex and them I had to keep chasing Olivers Baby world as a few times they didn t acknowledge my emails I eventually got a refund back from them but this was harder work than needed The point is regardless of who s fault it is that my parcel was dumped in a silly place and stolen it certainly isn t the customers fault but I feel Care didn t want to know Why they couldn t have communicated with the delivery company like other company s would themselves instead of having me argue with them is beyond me They also have an obligation to gwt the item to me The time taken from the delivery of the baby gates to actually getting a refund was almost 4 weeks Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for communication skills are very poor I feel this situation could have been handled so much better
