Good delivery of product but poor after care No response to product issue emails

Be very wary when ordering anything you really need for a certain date There is guidance at checkout advising to select expedited delivery if you want it by certain date but apparently if the time period expires you don t get this as you expected I ordered a foldable highchair for holidays and the checkout system obviously did not recognise the time slot for this had expired and when confirmation went through it advised delivery for the day I was expecting However delivery company advised by email it would be 3 days later - no use if we are already away The member of staff did respond to my email of frustration promptly and did explain that it was outwith time slot for expedited delivery and that I could get it still but would cost another 18 99 High chair was only 20 00 I feel that although she apologised she could have done more as I now pack our cases feeling quite subdued about our family holiday - although have managed to find another online shop more than happy to deliver tomorrow at a cheaper price I realise blips can happen in systems and think this should be looked into rather than a potentially valuable customer who had already looked at other things such as carseats for future being left feeling like a liar Lovely website and products on their online shop just on this occasion I feel let down

We has to chase up delivery because apparently the items 714 value were left off the order

Waiting for a refund for item but no return in packaging have to send an email and still waiting Not great service

Don t think I ll be using Oliver s Babycare again I ordered a cotbed on the 1st January 2020 By the 13th January I hadn t heard anything even though my order was completed on my account so I phoned up to see what was happening I was told that they would need to call Obaby and get back to me Later that day I called again after they failed to call me back to be told that my order would be dispatched tomorrow and I would receive an email confirming this So today I was expecting to hear something and I hear nothing and I receive nothing in the post So I call again at 3pm to be told that it was with yodel and I should have received a tracking number and that she would text it over to me Again I received nothing but an email saying it had been dispatched no tracking details and no information about when I would likely to receive it One can only live in hope that it will arrive sometime this week It s been two weeks so far and the constant chasing and being fed incorrect information is not something I m going to willingly endure again

I came across Oliver s Babycare at the Olympia Baby Show As I was 7 months pregnant with twins I was limited to what I could carry home on public transport They assured me I could buy stuff online at the same price for the week or so after the show and delivery was free This was not the case and the prices listed in the brochure were lower than they were online Giving the benefit of the doubt I ordered sheets and a mattress protector anyway which arrived fairly promptly It was disappointing to see that the box of the mattress protector was ripped and open at one end when it arrived inside it s sealed parcel bag I emailed Oliver s Babycare to confirm that it was in fact a new mattress protector not a second hand or used item and at this point haven t heard back from them So overall I would say that while the products are great and trusted brands the customer service information is pretty poor I would be concerned if I was buying a larger item cot etc off them and had any issues with it

Delivery was fine but I was disappointed with the product baby monitor and had to return it Return process is quite long and I had to pay for the shipping

I had never heard of this company before but I was in the market for two narrow baby safety gates and found them on there at a fantastic price Not only that a discount was applied for a further 5 off Bonus I thought Better still they were delivered within two days I thought I d found a gem of a company and began to browse what they had on offer adding things to my list However The gates are rubbish and more of a hazard than anything else I requested to return them via email but no reply So I emailed again and received a reply demanding picture evidence and dimensions of my stairs I promptly provided both and hoped for an immediate reply And now I m being ignored I will keep on at them though and hopefully at least get an answer I need to buy more safety gates but have little spare money so I hope they eventually do the right thing

Item arrived quickly and price was competitive however let down by no response to both my email and message via the contact us page regarding returning the item for a refund hence only two stars
