Don t bother

I ordered a cot bed on the 28 1 21 I had a email a few days later saying it s dispatched It s the 10 2 21 I have rang asking them for a tracking number or update on the delivery they keep saying it s on its way On the site it said delivery within 10 days so I m just disappointed with having to ring so many times and not being made aware of any delivery dates A few days ago they said it ll arrive Wednesday so I ve stayed in all day and it s still not here I m a NHS nurse and I cannot afford to take days off when the hospitals are so busy Shocking behaviour from this company I wish I hadn t bothered I feel like I m bothering them ringing so much but why can t they just be clear Take your custom else where specially if you re working out of your home atm

They don t want to take responsibilities

I have received a dispatch confirmation email on 9th feb but haven t received my item yet They haven t given me a tracking number I contacted the company why they didn t give me the tracking number they avoided answering but twisting the subject

Ordered an inner car seat cushion

Ordered an inner car seat cushion 7 9 21 with no info on delivery so I emailed to ask when I will be receiving took 3 days to respond to tell me they will be receiving stock in 2-3 weeks and will be sent out immediately well another 2 weeks down the line and still no sign of my order or any updates I emailed again 3 days ago and still no reply I am very disappointed 1st impressions using this company is not great at all After I receive a refund I shall not be a returning customer I would not recommend ordering from this site

Absolutely furious

Absolutely furious Product arrived with no safety instructions and had clearly been used as the box was taped shut and the product was slightly dirty Would not recommend especially for a product that involves immersing your baby in water

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish So much faff to open it you need 3 hands let alone holding a baby too It s soooo stiff I can t actually do it myself and so noisy it s too loud to use when baby is sleeping - which I L s what I wanted it for Very disappointed should of just got a normal basic stair gate and saved some money

Selling faulty fake products

Ordered the Motorola video baby monitor The monitor charger itself was faulty so I requested another one They then sent me a fake cheap Motorola charger which was completely different to the original charger It was dangerous and didn t charge the monitor They then denied sending the fake charger and said they would send another legitimate charger 2 weeks later still no charger I m not able to use my baby monitor as I have no charger So I m 60 down and have a baby monitor that doesn t work Waste of time and money Thanks

One star is for the delivery service And parcel was stolen

One star is for the delivery service left outside behind plastic recycling bin comments from delivery company - parcel left in porch - if you seen the picture this is on in the porch as the porch as locked and it was left outside guess what It s been stolen Will be contacting you for a refund

Worst experience ever

Don t buy from this shop as they will refuse make it difficult to provide you with a return label refund if their items are faulty They sent me faulty stair gates and and followed all instructions provided but they still insisted I buy own return label at 38

DONOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE Website glitched and did 2 orders and though I immediately sent an order to cancel it still dispatched 2 orders The lady refused to agree to send a returns label Please avoid at all costs the customer service is horrendous

Should ve gone to Amazon

Paid nearly 100 for some baby gates they were so badly designed they didn t consider how the spacers might fit the brackets Got in touch with Olivers BabyCare a few days ago and sent them some photos and they ve been ghosting me ever since Would not recommend it unless you re prepared to spend money on things that don t work and never hear from the company again This is why people choose to go to Amazon rather than smaller local retailers I clearly should have
