Arrived On time

Arrived On time Product was a lot thinner than I expected the padding is thinI was hoping that it was thicker Apart from that it is bright and cheerful but not sure it will last long I suppose time will tell Needed it otherwise I may well have returned it

Only suitable as a permanent fixture

I found this stair gate very fiddly to put in place It s fine if you want to keep it up permanently but if you want to remove it regularly as I do because it s for the grandchildren then it s hopeless It looks nice and the gate opening is useful

The purchase price was great

The purchase price was great the delivery was quick like the next day but these gates aren t as safe as I thought within a day my daughter was able to life the whole part that opens right the way up and off the lock it came right out I thought these would be great as they have the locked and unlocked symbols on the top Unfortunately we can t use these now so kind of a waste company don t even respond to help

Not in stock

I ordered 3 car seats which did not arrive on next day delivery I phoned and asked where the order was to find out only 1 was in the stock and the other 2 would be 10 days until they were in stock - 14 days in total and not next day I was offered 2 in a different colour Very frustrating that I had to chase them to find a resolve

Delivery charge

I had bought a 3 in 1 travel system of which the product itself was amazing however I needed these items shipped to Northern Ireland This I understood there would be an additional charge but was never shown to the webpage until I got to the checkout This charge was 50 so I accepted this as it was supposed to be next day delivery I never got a tracking number so I contacted the customer service number and found out I had to pay an additional 30 due to delivery but I was never contacted via email or phone to explain about this

I m not sure what I was expecting for

I m not sure what I was expecting for the price but the box had already been opened when it arrived but everything was in the box The instructions and video were slightly different My reason for only 3 stars is when trying to fold it down it doesn t move smoothly and the wood has already started to crack as the frame is too tight I ve loosened it but as it s for my little one I don t want it to be unsafe and loose This is a real shame as this is why I picked this one as I wanted to be able to fold down but I don t know how long it s going to last without completely cracking

Poor construction instructions

The learning tower is great and arrived quickly It wasn t made clear when buying the product that it was flat-pack and construction would be needed however and the instructions were very poor In fact there were no words at all in the video or the pictorial instructions
