I was looking to buy a changing mat and found a lovely selection to choose from I particularly liked being able to read other people s reviews this helped me with choosing which one to go for Once I found it the process for payment was straight-forward and the item arrived very quickly I was kept up-to-date by email too - overall I was very pleased

Great customer service
I paid for my order and after realised the shipping was quite expensive Northern Ireland for a large item I contacted customer service and asked if the order could be cancelled and they were very helpful and cancelled it straight away I would definitely use them again in the future for smaller items that are cheaper delivery

Great company I ordered items on Saturday and with free standard delivery they arrived on Tuesday Items were well packaged Prices for the items I ordered were more than competitive at 50 less than the same products with other retailers Loved the text confirmation rather than receiving an email also liked the text update about my order when it was ready to be dispatched - I then received delivery updates from the courier Great communication from start to finish I d definitely order from Oliver s Baby Care again Thank you to the team
