Really great experience

Really great experience with Olivers BabyCare Ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on Sunday and it was with me by Tuesday with standard delivery Was such a good price too compared to other places that were selling for a much higher price Great quality well packaged and super fast shipping I highly recommend

Damaged order Emily to the rescue

Ordered a travel system and it was delivered within 48 hours the range of products and prices is amazing On delivery there was an issue with part of the order so I emailed the team and they were on it straightaway Emily kept me up to date and sorted it all and arranged the replacement Their customer service was excellent and Emily was amazing cannot thank her enough for her assistance Would definitely recommend

Abi from Oliver s BabyCare has gone above and beyond in resolving an issue with my purchase The initial customer service was excellent to begin with items delivered on time and in perfect condition It wasn t until significantly later that I noticed an item was missing Despite the time lapsed and stock issues Abi ensured I received the item and kept me updated via email Thank you

Fast delivery problem free

I waited 3 weeks for a stroller from another company who eventually told me it had been discontinued I placed my order that day on Oliver s baby website I received the exact product less than 24 hours later The price is the same the product is good fast delivery no issues or problems just a smooth easy transactionThanks

Helpful advice and quick delivery

Buying a stair gate for our house was a little complicated as the staircase is narrow and the surfaces uneven I rang Olivers and they were incredibly helpful in suggesting a set-up involving spindles and pressure pads They promised to ring me back after ensuring that the spindles fitted the model I wanted to buy and they did so within the hour I ordered the gate - a Callowesse Narrow Metal Mesh model - with standard delivery and it was delivered the next day It took ten minutes to set up and fits perfectly

Friendly welcoming store with great selection

Staff were very friendly and helpful allowed us to test and try out all the buggies They provided demonstrations and answered all of our questions which helped us make the right decision on what we needed

Lovely learning tower

Great company I bought the folding learning tower Great communication for when it was dispatched Really easy to assemble after watching the short video Really sturdy product I feel my toddler is safe when standing in it and she loves being able to see what s going on when I m cooking Would definitely recommend this tower
