THEY ARE STEALING MONEY 1 They stole my money I have made initial deposit with my debit card They rejected my application wrote me that I will get refund the same way I have deposited money Almost two weeks from this I still haven t got my return 2 You can contact them only by email no phone contact This is ridiculous And half of the emails got feedback that was rejected due to potential spam 3 On the application process they ask you multiple times for the same documents When you think that s all they need they ask you for twice as much documents work ethic at -100 level 4 When I finally contacted them that I haven t got my refund they asked me for regular IBAN probably to make the refund Since this I have sent tens of emails from different emails pretty much always getting info about email rejection And still got no answer THEY ARE STEALING MONEY RUN AWAY FROM THEM

Fraudulent Bank Service ScamI cannot recommend to anybody to use this bank It s nearly a scamming scheme At the very moment we started to receive larger amounts billed that is a bill of 98000 they froze the account without warning We discovered it as the rental payment would not get through They took 4 days to confirm the account was frozen apparently for a missing second ID which was submitted but still they have not been willing 4 days later to unfreeze the account Date of experience November 15 202

Unethical Practices Frozen Funds and Non-Existent Support
I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Olky Bank I applied for a business account and was immediately issued an IBAN before the account was officially opened Today I have 7000 Euros frozen in the account The account opening process dragged on for months with zero communication or updates from Olky Their customer support is virtually non-existent with no phone number to call and unresponsive email replies They repeatedly asked for documents I had already submitted creating unnecessary delays and frustration After months of waiting I decided to withdraw my application and requested a refund of my funds The next day Olky informed me that the account had been opened despite my withdrawal They then conveniently charged a 585 account opening fee without my consent and are now forcing me to accept the account opening before allowing me to close it and access my funds This practice is not only unethical but also feels like coercion My business is suffering because I can t access the funds locked in their system A quick search on Trustpilot reveals that I am not alone many others have had similarly bad experiences with Olky I strongly caution anyone considering Olky as their banking partner Their lack of transparency poor customer support and questionable practices are unacceptable

Scammers - avoid at all costs
Just like other reviews mention they purposely seem to delay everything with KYC checks while they are holding your money in their account The moment I asked them to close my account they stop replying to any emails phone calls and close tickets with responses that don t make any sense I have sent them a registered letter demanding the money back as it s been over a month of unsuccessful attempts and will report them to CSSF and take a lawyer to get my money back
