It was in a small office in Herne I made an appointment via a phone call in the afternoon When I arrived I ring the bell and they don t even come to look I rang three times and waited for 20 minutes no body come to help me A woman came out her office she saw me and don t even come to ask I wait because I think maybe they are really busy After 20 minutes my uncle and brother come inside to look if everything okay Then the same woman comes to open the door and ask what s up I told them that I have an appointment rang the bell and waited form 20 minutes but you don t come to open the door In my experience I feel like they don t come to help me because I m not look like a white woman Because when my uncle Belg come inside they come direct to help This is my first discrimination experience I ever had I followed all the conditions make appointment but they don t do their job probably

It is a below average bank
It is a below average bank the customer survice are very poorly mannered and has zero professional knowledge I had a transaction the I was supposed to receive on my card and it took me 6 months to explain the issue Their resolutions were very irrelevant and just ignorantly brushing me away And when I visited the bank and spoke so nicely as anybody would after 5 minutes of correcting the lady Enjy Baeten of how irrelevantly she is suggesting an action action from me after her being idle for months another imployee came out of the blue yelling at me and telling me that this is what they have Then screamingly ordered me to get out of the bank Among my 30 years of dealing with banks worldwide I find this befius Meeuwen the worst of all in every aspect

I m from Ukraine I try to send money for my family who is stuck in the conflict territory in Donetsk so they can escape it Every day is so important because the border can be closed every moment The bank subscription we commanded was blocked canceled after 10 days of waiting It seems to be impossible for them to inform their customer -in this extraordinary situation which is going on in my country- in a decent amount of time I called every day and didn t got a correct answer Every day at he bank they said it s in process and it s will arrive So after 10 day they said -THEY DONT WORK WITH UKRAIN ANYMORE I loose a very important time because they don t tell me correctly info
