Worth it for the service

Excellent customer service and everything worked well from lost debit card international payments and now closing the account since I left France I might have paid over the odds for a current account transfer fees etc but worth it for the service Thanks

I ve been with Britline for around a year now and have couple of savings accounts a current account and home insurance never had to use this with them I ve found them to be very helpful responsive and easy to contact with no frustrating switchboards or IVR systems to navigate when did you last hear that My banking advisor Cat has been excellent very approachable friendly and informative and contacts me directly when situations dictate So far I have very few complaints

Credit Agricole Britline

My wife and I own a mobile home in the mid Western France region We changed our mobile home insurance from another well known company to CA Britline The whole experience was seamless and efficient It was a pleasure dealing with the insurance team of Debra and Clive in English too which was very helpful We now feel more in control of the nitty gritty elements as they were explained and able to read them ourselves Special mention to Michelle too who actually spoke with our old insurance company in person too We now have our insurance policy within our own document folder within our Britline account which we can access anytime and share with our mobile home site owners We fully recommend Credit Agricole Britline for a professional efficient service Our UK bank could learn from their customer service

Excellent with one exception

We have been with Britline since purchasing our property in France in 1999 They are excellent with one exception Their Britline is located in Normandy Our house in France is in Nord-pas-de-Calais and the local bank for Credit Agricole Britline will not accept cash payments to top up our account instead we have to do it on line via HFIX which is free but a little annoying when we could take the euros and just make the deposit ourselves

Taking out Car Insurance

I wanted to take out car insurance and got in touch with Britline adviser I could not have had a better experience So efficient friendly and helpful The insurance was sorted out very quickly and enabled me to pick up the car I had bought just 2 days later

Super Service

I have always experienced a super service at CREDIT AGRICOLE BRITLINE One is treated like an individual with tailor made needs being considered Requests are dealt with speed and clarity If there is anything one is uncertain about concerning protocol or documentation my bank manager is always there to help I have felt well supported by the bank over the past decade as we have carved a life in France

Great customer service

We have been customers for several years and have had to use the service twice recently The first for advise and adjustment of an insurance policy and the other for renewing our international payments In both cases the phone was answered really quick and the representatives were really nice They put you at ease and as usual product knowledge was excellent Thank you guys
