My plans have changed so the tickets I bought for my trip had to be cancelled Their customer service sorted this change right away Instructions to process the refund were clear

I had two issues one caused by me never book a ticket when you feel sleepy the other one caused by the train company I booked tickets with On both instances I reached OMIO customer service through their web page and both times their agents solved my issues painlessly and at no extra cost to me I m impressed and they have won my loyalty Eleonora

Although there were some problems with the use of the software to redirect Alipay Jaime gave me a lot of help allowing me to clearly understand and solve the problem smoothly In the end I will wait for a refund Omio has provided me with convenience when traveling abroad
