SCAM Stay away from this company

My gift card has just expired 2 days ago and customer service would not process a replacement card We are better off with American Express gift cards Bye Omni you suckkkk

This company pocketed the 100 gift

This company pocketed the 100 gift card my employer gave me They swept the account and said card was expired When I checked the account they stated the card was expired When I called them to re-issue the funds they said they were bound by the contract and we cannot change that we can sweep the account for the remaining funds

I was totally scammed by this company

I was totally scammed by this company I was issued a 500 Visa rewards card from Omnicard In connection with a promotion I won at work Nowhere on the card or the paperwork that arrived with the card did it state that once the card was expired the funds would be forfeited and become the legal property of Omnicard When I received the card I didn t realize it had a very short time period before it would expire I put the card in my safe to use it a later time I had a family member who was diagnosed with brain cancer and subsequently died during this time When I reached for the card I realized it had been expired for about a month I called this company and I was told that there was nothing that they could do because of a contract and Omnicard keep the unused funds once the card expired I had never even activated the card and it had the full 500 on I explained the whole situation to them and they didn t seem to care one way or another This should not be legal and somebody needs to look into this fraudulent company I plan to file complaints with every entity I can

Use any other service

If I could give this company no stars I would The card stopped working after the first 30 days I called and spoke with multiple representatives and they advised me to keep trying at different retailers I attempted to use the remaining 41 68 balance up to the expiration date at more than 20 different places to no avail I was advised by multiple associates that I could call in and ask for a balance transfer to a new card after it expired Not only was this not true but HOURS of my time have been wasted trying to access these remaining funds DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

GIMMICK BEWARE First off in order to get any updates from customer service they require you to know the beginning balance and the merchant who gave you the gift card who remembers these kinds of details Secondly they create some sketchy deal with the merchant for the gift cards and give you 3-6-12 months to use the gift card ANY remaining balance past the good thru date will be forefitted Absolutely ridiculous that an earned incentive is not given to the individual in a fair time frame OR I would AT MINIMUM expect to be given the heads up that I will lose funds if not used in the SHORT timeframe allotted I am floored that a gimmicky company like this exists or why a large corporation would even want to do business with them

BAD CHOICE- POOR RESOLUTION

I HAVE EXPRESSED THE SAME CONCERN ABOUT THE FUNDS EXPIRING LOOKSLIKE THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS THE FUNDS SHOULD NEVER EXPIRE IT IS A DEBIT CARD WITH CASH AT LEAST THE FUNDS SHOULD BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL COMPANY WHO ISSUED IT I LOST 200 FOR MY REWARD CARDS I WILL ASK MY COMPANY TO STOP USING THIS SERVICE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SIMPLY KEPT THE MONEY IT IS BASICALLY STEALING NO WARNING OR REMINDERS BAD SERVICE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM ANYONE CAN ISSUE CARDS AND DISTRIBUTE BUT THE ONES WHO SOLVES PROBLEMS IS THE WINNER

Very difficult to receive card as promised and now difficult to contact for help

Had to continuously fight the merchant for them to eventually send me the card as originally promised I got to activate but now that I want to check the balance their website is down and has been for weeks Does seem like a sketchy business as card doesn t always work first attempt and you can t contact them for help etc
