If I could give zero
If I could give zero I would I arranged a month long stay with On Air Parking at a SeaTac parking lot before a trip to Europe When I got to the lot I was told it was full As we were pressed for time I had to quickly get vehicle in a lot and get to airport I had to pay 4x what I would of had the lot I arranged with On Air had lived up to the agreement When I called On Air they refunded what I would have to pay them but they said it was not their fault 1 I had a contract with On Air not the hotel parking lot they were supposed to arrange the stay with 2 What is the point of their service if they cannot guarantee a spot What am I paying for 3 Had they told me the lot was full even up to 5 hours before flight I could have arranged something else But I received no communication and was forced to pay much more than I could afford 4 What if all lots were full I d have been out thousands of dollars Avoid On Air An absolutely brutal experience

Excellent outdoor parking facility with immediate shuttles
I was worried that I would get some out of the way hotel for parking my car with poor shuttle service My trip was for 23 days so it was worth the risk upon booking I was assigned to a first rate parking facility very close to DIA A shuttle was waiting when I arrived at the lot and in the terminal when I returned Great service at a stellar price I hope this pricing holds after COVID is contained

Great Experience
I had a wonderful experience from reservation to picking up my car from the hotel The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful Both gentlemen who provided shuttle service were punctual and courteous I forgot the name of the first gentleman but thanks to Rick for a job well done I will use this service again in the future
