On the website it looked like the screen was frozen because it did not allow one to click on the chosen reply I believe however it was because there was no notary on duty The wait was over an hour

The lady who did the Notary for me was great The problem is with the technology It took FOREVER to get a picture of the drivers license approved over and over and over I d take a great looking picture of the license and it would either be rejected or just randomly start the process over again It was a pain dealing with the technology I can see how less tech-savvy people would just give up It would be too much of a challenge for someone who is not very experienced with technology to try and do this

I really liked the notary and the witness we got The reason I didn t give it full stars was the wait time for a witness and weird communication regarding what happens when a notary pauses the session The actual notarization however was great

The notary seemed annoyed at everything She did help me get everything done though and was thorough just unfriendly

The good The notary was polite and led me through the process clearly and confidently The bad The first sessions did not work because it said my internet connection was poor Since I have a fiber 100MBs connection and there was no other stress being put on it the 3MBs it was saying my reading was must have had more to do with their servers than my end The next issue was finding a time when a notary was available Often I would go through the process to get set up only to find that their system had no notaries available at that time I would then get an email saying someone was available and would log in ASAP often a couple of minutes later only to find that the notary was then not online anymore The result is that it took multiple maybe around 10 attempts to get to the final result Given that OneNotary gives the impression of being a large organization ready to notarize 24 7 from anywhere in the world these issues were not acceptable

like online partners can be in different places how fast the notary came on the look of the docs how fast it completeddislike i was on desktop so it worked but my wife on iphone and you sent link to her email the link was dead and did not open so I had to use safari and get her to your web page then we had to sign her up via google but the pw did not work it created a lot of hassle and took too much time then got past tthat and your page did not interact with the iphone camera and microphone

The notary and witness for very quick and professional I just didn t like how the text boxes look some text was cut off so I m not sure how valid this document will be in the future When I open the document up in adobe it says some of these signatures have issues and cannot be verified
