This website offers great value for money across a range of household items This was my first time hearing about them let alone purchasing from them and I was not disappointed Not only are the items affordable but they were dispatched and delivered much quicker than expected I love the extra-long teddy hoodie blanket that I ordered which I live in at home It is so comfortable and keeps me very warm it is a winter staple

I saw the coverless duvets advertised thought they seemed a great idea there was plenty of choice to choose from My order arrived promptly well packaged on trying I can t fault it it is so cosy keeps you warm it washes dries with ease also

Damaged item my order and an item was

I received my order and an item was broken I contacted Online Home Shop Customer Team immediately I received an email that my issue was logged and someone would get back to me within 3 days I received very prompt response very early next morning from customer service adviser Luke who apologised for broken item and he gave me the option or refund or replacement item I chose replacement item I received further very prompt email that replacement had organised with further delivery details should I require This is the first time I have used Online Home Shop as I found they had quality and Branded items at very low prices Also if my correspondence with Luke is anything to go by I now know they have a terrific Customer Service Team so will be continue to looking at their Goods
