Very biased towards clients and unprofessional customer service
Very biased towards clients and does not protect their VA s They will pretend to take employer non-payment of salary seriously so I trusted them and reported this issue via email However they will always end up siding with the client even without asking for proof from both the client and the VA I couldn t even believe it Just one email from the client who reversed my complaint against me and they even encouraged the client to leave a bad review on my profile Will never use their platform again They are unprofessional rude and biased towards the clients who of course pay for their service vs the VA who worked hard and rendered hours of work without getting paid for a month Unbelievable customer service and just plain lazy to even investigate the matter further and even ask for evidences on both sides Such a bad platform for VA s who worked hard for nothing Never recommending this to anyone Reply to Arleen of OLJ PH Where is the proof that I manipulated my working hours That s not even true but you immediately sided with him no questions asked at all and took his word as the truth So disappointing Why would I even report him in the first place if I did that I was the one who reported him and not the other way around I even said in my email that I have all the proof of work if needed but you did not even bother to investigate further You should not be lazy when it comes to investigating these matters Instead of helping a VA who reported an employer who hasn t paid one month worth of salary you even apologized to the client and encouraged the client to leave a bad review for me Unbelievable
