Very biased towards clients and does not protect their VA s They will pretend to take employer non-payment of salary seriously so I trusted them and reported this issue via email However they will always end up siding with the client even without asking for proof from both the client and the VA I couldn t even believe it Just one email from the client who reversed my complaint against me and they even encouraged the client to leave a bad review on my profile Will never use their platform again They are unprofessional rude and biased towards the clients who of course pay for their service vs the VA who worked hard and rendered hours of work without getting paid for a month Unbelievable customer service and just plain lazy to even investigate the matter further and even ask for evidences on both sides Such a bad platform for VA s who worked hard for nothing Never recommending this to anyone Reply to Arleen of OLJ PH Where is the proof that I manipulated my working hours That s not even true but you immediately sided with him no questions asked at all and took his word as the truth So disappointing Why would I even report him in the first place if I did that I was the one who reported him and not the other way around I even said in my email that I have all the proof of work if needed but you did not even bother to investigate further You should not be lazy when it comes to investigating these matters Instead of helping a VA who reported an employer who hasn t paid one month worth of salary you even apologized to the client and encouraged the client to leave a bad review for me Unbelievable

They don t bother investigating cases and just put bad reviews on your profile just because the employer is a paying customer Bunch of Bullcrap

No matter how you explain your side don t bother anymore because they always protect the employer not us as an employee I told the representative of OLJ that I represent everything proofs they need not one representative I talked to 3 representatives they are all on the same side Employer

Too expensive and complicated in my opinion Not upfront about their fees They let you post a job but you have to pay to communicate

I will have to agree A lot of low quality candidates The VAs really are low qauility I spend a lot of time training and it seems like they just don t understand there is no review system to prevent owners from hiring low quality people I should be able to see who hired them before and what their experience is 9 10 is just looking for a quick buck I spend so much money They don t have a high cognitive skills It s been a nightmare and a waste of money Look elsewhere

Poor customer service Rude approach even the leaders of that company I do not recommend for the employers to go to this company as they are bias and one-sided The people there are not willing to provide support to the customer rather threaten them

I have hired lots of VA s from this site the site itself is overpriced for little functionality and the quality of staff provided is way below par I spent most of my time training and then retraining the VA s and could never get a good enough standard of work it s just not worth it This site will obviously tell you they are amazing but they are not

What a platform Even if you do not get the job scam job posting can write you bad reviews while on hiring process you cannot even rebuttal I even got a review where I don t even remember doing or talking to that person

DISAPPOINTING One of their freelancer stole one of our clients then tried to use our resources to help said client I supplied some screenshots to prove my claim But they still sided with the freelancer saying since the client agreed to work with said freelancer then there s nothing they can do about it That is theft and they allowed it to happen to one of their paying customers

Over priced low quality workers and poor customer service Workers can open a compliant regarding employers and onlinejobs ph automatically takes their side even when we provide proof There is a lot of scammers on the site who will never even login to work then demand payment or they will open a complaint
