Definitely would not recommend I had my appointment in June for a will and I also set up a trust paying the money for this I have not had any draft of the wills etc that was promised despite paying and have called numerous times and haven t gotten anywhere just promised a call back from the team Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided Appointment in June to then still be waiting now for a service paid for Communication is abysmal Cannot find your formal complaints procedure and your receptionist doesn t know about it either Do not use this company

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company They were recommended for will writing through my fiance s employer teacher and yet they haven t finalised our wills in over 18 months Advisors will writers have left the company but it s no excuse to stop communicating They have stopped responding to emails and requests for a refund and complaints I have called three times and been diverted to an overflow call handling company that simply email on messages Call back requests made three times over an approximate one month period and you guessed it no callbacks made Call handling company cannot put you through to the company or refer to a manager I honestly believe they are deliberately vague and difficult to contact in the hope you will just go away so they can keep the money and run Do not deal with this company Shocking customer service and seemingly morally corrupt

Don t be tempted

Don t be tempted Really good service initially but then they don t actually finish or follow anything up Still waiting for a will and trust to be finalised that we started in October They re currently not responding at all and we re in the process of lodging formal complaints

Avoid like the plague

we saw this company we re offering a free will service after consultation so signed up to the call After an hour of discussion and provided our personal information they then offered their trust service for a cut price We declined but were told we would still receive more info on our will the next day It has now been 4 days since that phone call and nothing received I m assuming due to the fact we decided not to take up their trust service A paid service I have now seen that even taking up that service would have been delayed as they don t following through on anything based on other recent reviews I would avoid this company completely Waste of an hour of my evening and got nothing out of it other than someone trying to push their services

Very strange Appointment arranged but no link provided and then when you call you go to an overflow who can t put you through to the named consultant on your confirmation email and doesn t know anything about how the meetings are conducted Having read these other reviews I think I swerved a curveball Goodness know how they have so many 5 reviews on Facebook and Google

No contact

My husband and I had a will wrote and had the appointment over the phone We were talked into paying for some extras and when we were sent the draft copy many things were wrong We have tried to call and the phone number on their website does not connect The email also is not recognised We are now stuck with a will that is incorrect and no way of contacting them it seems Very disappointed

Paid for a Will and they have taken our money but not delivered on providing any documentation of what will happen to our children should we pass away Called them 10 times and keep being hind up on or not called back Really frustrated We will be exploring alternatives and a way to get our money back
