Thoroughly recommend as a landlord OpenRent Have now used them twice to obtain renters for my flat and have been extremely happy with the package they provide to find tenants Takes a little time to learn how to use the service but well worth it All aspects of letting for a landlord covered and at a very cost effective price On the two occasions I have advertised on their platform I have generated a lot of interest and filled the vacancy saving myself a Finders Fee with an agent Not being a professional landlord I feel very supported in the service they provide May they go from strength to strength

I was recommended open rent and was very nervous at first I have been surprised how easy it was to create an advert I struggled with ordering a reference and guarantor in fact I m unsure I ve completed this My overall experience was positive

Simple and effective way of generating leads Features like pause allow taking a break to deal with enquiries As an experienced landlord I prefer to handle the lease and referencing myself but did pay the fee to syndicate to Rightmove etc when the first wave of enquiries didn t lead to an agreement
