Rent Hero recovered more than 2 3 of my security deposit

I had a situation where my Copenhagen-based dorm room managers somehow managed to calculate that the move-out costs of my 7-month stay at their premises cost my entire security deposit down to the very last re Needless to say that was utter nonsense and Rent Hero without my having to meet with them a bunch or appear in court in the middle of the pandemic no less with approximately 7-8 months of invisible to my eyes effort got 2 3 of my deposit back for me I can t speak highly enough about the satisfactory outcome they ensured The behavior of the dorm management company was awful and condescending and utterly insulting to anyone s intelligence Rent Hero got me the justice I was looking for Give them a try it s about as hassle-free as things get

Rent Hero for expats living in Denmark

Rent Hero assisted me getting my rental refund which was deducted unfairly I was helpless and one of my colleague informed me regarding the Rent Hero I am pleased to inform that Alex and his colleagues succeeded the case and for my surprised I was able to get more that 90 of my deposit I could highly recommended Rent Hero they are having a easy and well defined process which needs minimum interaction also they give constant feedback and updates regarding the situation Last but not least if you are expat living in Denmark Rent Hero is the company to contact for your rent related matters

Really good experience they made everything We didn t have to worry about anything and we only paid their salary nothing more nothing extra In less than a month they resolve the situaci n we only read the contract and sign I definitely recommend them

Extremely humble and helpful guys

Extremely humble and helpful guys I can genuinely recommend At least I got much wiser in regards to the Danish rental law and my situation easier after contacting Rent Hero My roommate wanted to end my contract from the apartment with an excuse that did not seem valid I contacted Rent Hero and I got to know that actually as I am not living with my landlord himself it was not possible to end my contract at all not even with 1 or 3 months notice as it said on my contract The only reason I would have to move out would be if the landlord would like to move back or when my contract actually ends Now I can relax and move to a new home when I have found the right one thanks to Rent Hero

I highly recommend this service I found Mads and Alex to be extremely professional very reliable and also genuine people to liaise with Throughout the process I was given updates and re-assurance all which resulted in a fair result If your hope is to get a fair settlement on your current living situation that is facts based legal and professional then I recommend Rent Hero without any hesitation Also fairly new to Denmark Mads and Alex help you to understand Danish law and do not over promise they simply provide the facts and options

Great experience - I got in touch with them because I couldn t get my deposit back and they let me know I d been grossly overpaying rent as well and got me the money back I didn t have to pay anything until the very end as advertised Highly recommend
