A truly wonderful company Loved the electric bed and the mattress that I ordered for my elderly mum Needed it the next day and it was delivered as promised The customer service is excellent They rang to check I had ordered the correct items for my needs and were so helpful My mum is so comfortable in her new bed I would highly recommend Opera Beds

I ordered a bed for my father who was hoping to be discharged from hospital sadly he passed away but the bed was due to be delivered the following day The courier took the bed back without any questions I contacted Opera beds on the Monday the team were sympathetic and courteous and will give a full refund Excellent service

Billy was spot on with the sale of the bed great with communication very helpful My brother is very happy with the bed Only thing I would say is that we had to order a bigger foot board after the bed had being delivered and fitted would of being nice if we could of come to a arrangement and returned the small foot board and had the large foot board at a reduced price as now it is just sat in the house

Help and understanding

We ordering the bed at a time of great stress in the family and Daniel and Harry couldn t have been more helpful and understanding Due to a late change by the NHS they supplied the bed having previously said they couldn t and again your staff were most understanding and helpful at a time of stress and frustration Many many thanks

Opera know their products and customer support is great

I was a little wary at first as the initial contact seemed so easy and helpful I didn t need to be though - Opera beds know their products and provide a great service We didn t request the install service as we were in a hurry however Opera delivered the missing legs swiftly then patiently supported us as we dealt with putting the bed together which was in fact easier then we thought I would highly recommend them

Good service is easy when all goes to plan a really good company also knows how to operate when plans go awry Bottom line- there was a miscommunictaion at the company and the bed planned for arrival Friday was suddenly arriving the following Wednesday Delighted to say that the company put revised plans in place and bed delivered on time

Excellent Experience

From the moment we made contact with Harry at Opera Beds right through to the installation by Micnal and Cleo everything was completely customer focussed and supportive The bed was for my wife s 87 year old mother we chose the bed and mattress on the Friday and it was installed on the following Wednesday Thank you Harry and the whole Opera team
