Opportunity Commerce seem to be dealing with used and damaged items They took more than 5 weeks to ship my order When inquiring about progress of my order they took days to respond and never came up with any factual information When the parcel arrived 2 out of 3 items were not in acceptable condition one was obviously not new and the other seemed to have been damaged during manufacturing process This was reported to Opportunity Commerce immediately and they took really long to respond They agreed to replace one item and refund part of the buying price for the other one After the refund was done they went back on their word about replacing the second item Now after two months of going back and forth with them they refuse to communicate and will not send a replacement item It is impossible to reach them via Whatsapp email or phone and customer support will not transfer this dispute to their supervisors despite being asked to several times In short I would not recommend doing any business with Opportunity Commerce since they are unresponsive and dishonest

Late delivery

I ordered a product from a company that promised delivery within 7 days on their website but my shipment was extremely late I reached out to the company to inquire about the status of my order but received no response I had to send another message before finally getting a response from someone Although the company has a good range of products their poor after-sales service has caused me a lot of hassle and I will not be using them again

We received our order in a good shape it takes longer then we thought but it was ordered in August and the carriers was slowing down because of vacation time

We are happy with our order and ordered already more by the company
