Mondoaffari main GRADE A site - Samsung Galaxy Active 2 SM-825
Mondoaffari main site where all refurbished products are supposed to be GRADE A aren t You receive products like me that are in good working condition but can be TOTALLY scratched on the back and with very light scratches on front and sides with used watch bands Put in perspective Refurbished Grade C The lowest-quality of refurbished device 100 in working order but will have more scratches and signs of wear and tear as a result of heavy daily use - This is what best describes the item I ve received If they have several items with different types of damages they should show them all on their site for people to choose from like they do on their GRADE B site Not only that when you have to return an item for the reasons I had you have to pay a LOT because they DEMAND two different packages for two different places SECURED and INSURED And then after more than 10 WORK days they pay Of course they only pay for the item not postage and by this time you payed two but even then they also are TERRIBLE AT MATH as in my case they payed me 10 less and even when I first mailed them they told me they were correct I was wrong LITERALLY I had to send them an email as if I was explaining something to a 6 year old child and now after a lot more than 6 work days as they informed I m still waiting for them to complete the transaction everything went wrong because of MONDOAFFARI and I the costumer is the only one in prejudice I DO NOT RECOMMEND mondoaffari to anyone unfortunately Today after all this time lost with this company I bought the same article NEW with 2 year warranty for just 45 more than what they asked for a BAD Refurbished and 1 year warranty one They deserve 5 negative stars

Mondo affari samsung tradein scam
I have also a major issue with this company I purchased from samsung the latest s24 ultra and got an online value of 330 for my trade in s20 Mondoaffariweb are the 3rd party partner who handles tradein program in Italy I took videos and photos of me packing my phone to prove quality no marks scratchs etc always had protective rear and front covers I received back from this company a revised valuation of 59 with videos and comments stating my phone had a detached rear cover and poor condition I have obviously challenged this as i have proof of the quality but they to date do not accept my proof Even looking at there own videos unpacking the item you can see no detached cover or any marks Also in the photos they produced you can you discrepancies between their video and photos dirt and dust all over the place in an unclean environment So is this some sort of plan to get you hooked in with a high tradein value that clearly will not be kept by mondoaffari even if you take photos and videos yourself to prove quality So my phone will be returned to me i am currently waiting but having seen the photos they produced the back cover removed in an unclean environment can only result in my phone being in poorer condition since this company handled it I recomment if you see any program where this company is involved think carefully before proceeding

They pay 1 EURO for you phone with broken display
The terms and conditions of the Trade-In Campaign by Mondo Affari states you can exchange your used mobile phone for money even if it has a broken display but in reality after they received my mobile phone they said they would offer 1 EURO which is a crazy valuation considering mobile phones with broken window are sold between 30 to 80 euros in some sites The company does not provide a clear reason that has violated the terms they just wrote an email saying it is not in accordance with the initial data specifically presenting the following anomalies damages broken display I am wondering what they mean by initial data I know my mobile phone matches all conditions in terms including GRADE E Product with a defective or cracked screen The product may be in good condition or show obvious signs of use complete with all electronic components and their plastic parts and may not have been previously handled by other technicians in an attempt to repair it So it felt like a scam to me really disappointed with Samsung and 3rd party company used to manage the trade-in

Ignorant careless service
Ignorant careless service a company to avoid I am surprised to see that Samsung chose to use it as it indirectly ruins their reputation with such a lousy service

Z Fold 3 OnePlus Trade-In Bad Experience
I made a trade-in request back in July 2024 on the OnePlus website to trade-in my Galaxy Z Fold 3 for a OnePlus Open I made this request in which they responded with a form to fill out for the IBAN I filled out the form sent my phone to them and 13 days later I received an email claiming a different valuation from 230 to 127 when I probably could ve gotten more from Ebay What s even worse is that the proof they shared was a low quality video one of the inside screen s screen protector lifting in the middle which it wasn t before Also a picture of the back of the device coming off which of course was not happening before I sent them countless images multiple times but they sent the exact same copy-paste result everytime I tried to reach out to them 100 percent a scam have no idea why any company uses them for third-party trade-ins AVOID WITH A 10 FOOT POLE Update I requested a return of my phone which was 27 It s been 11 days I still do not have my phone p s I made an account here just so that I could make this clear Just to show how bad of a company they are So I say it again AVOID

Samsung galaxy s23 ultra
I bought a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra that was supposed to be like a new phone It was not One camera lens was damaged I received the phone May 13th and I have been trying to return it since May 16th but still nothing 9 June The costumer service is just someone that sends the same copy-paste message over and over I really still hope they will help me but it seems pretty unlikely

Samsung Italia e Mondo Affari
As to test Samsung s program Cambia con Galaxy was bought Galaxy Fold 3 for myself and Galaxy S20FE which the last was sent to them to give it value the maximum value is 300 which must exclude scratches and defects I filled up the form packed the device which obviously was new just pulled off all the fabric plastic pieces and sent it to them After a 2 Months I received a soundless video with unpacking of my device and the letter saying that it has a defect the speaker doesn t work that all was looking like a joke I have contacted Samsung which said that Mondo Affari valued my device as C grade I have no words to be honest The test showed their work just as good as it was intended Samsung might forget about another long term client and think better who deal with next time

Horrible experience I do not recommend sending your device to these scammers
After an evaluation that took almost a month I finally got an email saying that they were evaluating my Note Ultra 5G at 5 euros saying which is not correct that there were stains on the screen and signs of wear which the poor quality video they sent me did not show I cannot believe that a phone that is in perfect working conditions with a few minor scratches on the screen can be worth 5 euros I absolutely do not recommend this company it is a scam and then a phone in worst condition than mine is set on sale on their website 330 euros 9 euros shipping That is a decent margin

Beware This is what happened to me
- I wanted to buy a new OnePlus mobile and was offered a trade-in of nearly 200 for my current phone which was about 12 months old but in top condition as it d been in a case since buying - Having sent my mobile to Mondo Affari they sent me a 3 second video of it identifying a minuscule mark that they d found- They said because of this the mobile was now Grade B condition and knocked c 50 off their valuation- They then said that I could now either take the new offer or they would return it to me but at my cost- I paid 27 to have it returned which took over 4 weeksDon t be surprised if this scenario happens to you
