The customer service was great when my address wouldn t enter correctly The actual quality of the cards was a bit disappointing The pictures weren t bright and the paper seemed not the best quality I ve used Shutterfly for many years but wanted to try a Canadian company this year I think the extra money is worth it though for bright photos and good quality paper

After I posted the following review Optimalpront rep said that he had sent an email to resolve the issue but it was not true I just cannot accept someone saying something to look good in public but never has an intention to stick to their word That s why I had to add this matter to my review - The calendar was so small that we cannot write anything on it I wish that you could show the size of the calendar in the picture for us to know the approximate size in images Also creating the calendar and cards was very difficult to do on my iPhone I wish you could make it iPhone friendly

I still have not received my items They were supposed to come between Oct 3-5 It now says they will be here October 12 I ordered everything on Sept 26th so I m a little disappointed with how long the shipping took considering the shipping cost 17

The service was prompt The paper quality is good The colour match is POOR The image I sent and the print I got were clearly different The cards I got are much redder than the image I sent and the image you show on the online order What can you do about this

Shipping time is great products come as ordered PIcture adjustment tools are good Color accuracy is my main concern as computer version is different from printed Only 3 free samples are provided in a year More would be helpful especially of small items like cards

I liked the options for thank you cards also the price point and how quickly my order was processed and delivered I am not really impressed with quality of the photo printed on the front of our card also the thank you font seems a bit cheap looking not what I was expecting based on the sample on the site while ordering

I used to love Optimal Print and have used them for years and recommend them to everyone The quality is great and I would like to say they used to have reasonable and super quick shipping This year they changed Same great quality but the price for shipping was crazy In the past I had paid 15 00 shipping for the same items This time over 40 But of course I would get free shipping if I signed up to be a member and paid 99 I also noticed the price for shipping actually went up when I chose cheaper options for the cards Also shipping took twice as long to get to me as previously and I didn t even get tracking info for one of the items It literally just showed up at my door I am disappointed with the increase in shipping costs especially for the small amount I ordered There is zero way that was the actual cost for shipping especially it being standard and not expediated It basically made the great discount not even worth it I don t think I will use going foward and will not recommend

Liked first order for our wedding but disappointed when I needed a rush order there was no option to expedite showed option for ship air but would not let me select only option ground from Nova Scotia to BC do order useless three days past even still has not arrived Was contacted offered 60 off next order then saw on site every customer had the same offer Did try another order was delayed still courier with mechanical issues no update for days Think I m done trying now

Online software for calendar design needs improvement Prices and product are good value Shipping limited to 5 items which makes no sense and is wasteful Had to place 4 seperate orders to get 18 calendars

Uploading my photos ordering was easy the photo cards also arrived in a very reasonable timeframe I am disappointed with the photo quality on the cards they are not as crisp as previous photo cards I have made through a membership wholesale store that no longer offers photo services
