Good product glitch with shipping notifications

The product that I received was as I had ordered but the shipping process was less than ideal There appeared to be a glitch with the shipping notifications but Optimalprint s customer support was very helpful in clearing things up for me Overall I am satisfied with my experience

Very Happy

I have just received my first two orders I had ordered 5 canvas and 2 phone covers After reading some reviews I didn t know what to expect I was pleasantly surprised of quality of all products Shipping was reasonable and canvas s package very well The only small thing was on one of canvas the hanging clip was off and missing small nail No big deal That s why the 4 star Looking forward to checking out other products

Christmas cards

Great Christmas cards Photos clear colours the same as seen on my phone screen However the photos on the card are very small I guess I was thinking they were going to be a bit bigger for the size of the card for some reason Also I didn t get enough envelopes per card Overall good quality

Easy to compile and good quality

It was easy to upload the photos and choose colours and such I decided to change the size right at the end so I had to start all over which took a bit of time but the end product was very nice

CALENDAR REVIEWS

I was disappointed that all 3 calendars that I ordered had the words The Thompsons on the cover pages I did not realize that this wording was on the selected covers as an example or that I needed to remove it This was explained by Optimalprint and they generously gave me a refund for one of the calendars Some of the colours on a couple of the pages on the calendar were overbright and I did not feel were the natural colour of the actual photo but overall the service I received was extremely good and prompt

Shipped to wrong address

There must have been a glitch in the app because I switched the delivery address many times and the original shipment still went to the wrong address However the most frustrating part was trying to fix the problem because you aren t able to call anyone I had to start about 4 different chats to resolve the issue because everytime my screen went black the chat would end Thankful we were able to get it resolved but it was a frustrating process on my end

I appreciated the options for photos The font turned out way smaller than I thought The price was great with the sale

Overall good experience

The Christmas cards ordered were delivered sooner than expected But the corners of few of the envelopes were damaged during shipping And we find the colour of the on the picture seems to be off

I ordered 6 copies of a calendar

I ordered 6 copies of the same family calendar The emails I received about my shipment were timely and I was always able to easily see when my order was expected to arrive And it arrived on time The only incident that occurred was that the soft envelope package they came in had a big ripped gauge out if it All the calendar pages were ok but one of the calendars had a slightly damaged spine I was able to bend the entire spine back into place and save the calendar The calendars themselves are great quality and with the personal photos added they make a great keepsake
