Addressing Lost Shipment Delay and Ensuring Timely Reprint
I ve been a loyal Optimalprint customer for years but this Christmas my experience was disappointing Despite paying for shipping and receiving an expected delivery date the cards didn t arrive After numerous checks with the tracking number and no updates I contacted customer service It took two days for approval to reprint after a week of delays I received the reprint yesterday and today the original order arrived The tracking showed it wasn t picked up until three days ago Why wasn t this checked and why the delay and approval process for the reprint Urgency and expedited service could have improved this situation
